Refreshing and Mild

Also referred to as the "strawberry milk" toner in Korea due to its colour, this double essence toner provides hydration while conditioning your skin. This dual layer toner has to be shaken before use to combine the cream and moisture layers. (The attached photos show what the toner looks like before shaken and after)

The cream layer contains Ceramide, Milk Protein and Panthenol which help to improve and strengthen skin texture. While the moisture layer contains Madecassoside, Centella Asiatica and Beta-Glucan which soothe and moisturize skin.

My Experience
It has a pleasant light floral scent, is lightweight, absorbs quickly and feels like a light layer of moisturizer. I use this toner in the morning and night and my combination/oily skin feels soft and looks refreshed. It definitely helps minimize oil and I noticed the texture of my skin seems smoother and more brighter.
