Amazing!

Great powder! Makes my makeup set for the day and doesn’t look cakey at all! It makes my skin look soooo good and it looks amazing on camera as well! Definitely recommend!

Not for dry skin...

I have dry and oily skin. I tried this on my hand in sephora and it worked perfect, so I decided to buy it. But once I apply it after my make up, my face looks horrible... There are so many flakes!!! It makes my foundation cakey, although it does make the make lasting long... But if u have very oily and not dry skin, prease try it, this will be a great make up powder for u.

Just okay

This powder is too fine for my liking. Its translucent which is great but there's a lot of product wastage. I prefer my too faced and hatt von d over this.

Mediocre in comparison!

I used to use this in conjunction with my foundation and found that it actually gave a SLIGHT flash back. I'm one of those very picky makeup users -where you probably couldn't tell there was flashback, but oh buddy - I definitely could. I've since found a better translucent powder that doesn't seem to provide as much flashback - Laura Mercier. This used to be a favourite of mine, until I realized it was the culprit behind some of my flashbacks. I now use this to bake under my eyes to brighten the area and don't mind if I have a small amount of flashback there.

J’adore ce produit!!

J’utilise la poudre translucide de LM depuis un certain temps et je peux dire que cette poudre de finition-ci est vraiment comparable. Elle laisse la peau impeccable. J’adore le fini!! Contrairement à plusieurs poudre similaire, celle-ci ne dessèche aucunement la peau et laisse un fini mat pendant quelques heures. Je la recommande sans hésiter.

I will buy this shade again and again

This will go with any color foundation to keep it stay longer and set for all day. Very good for oily skin to keep foundation matte. Easy to apply to fix

Beautiful ... but be careful -

This is one of the best setting powders (I really do not recommend baking with this though) ... IF you know what you are doing. You have to be so aware of how much you are applying so you avoid getting a whitecast during flash photography. Sets things so well and sinks until skin perfectly, I recommend keeping the lid on, tapping the bottom twice while holding it upside down, flipping over and tapping the top once. Open the powder and everything in the lid is all you need for the whole face!

There are better products out there to set your make up

This used to be all the hype to setting your make up and I just didn't find it a HG product.

Pros:
- lightweight
- a little goes a long way

Cons:
- not cheap
- does not look good with flash on the camera (I look white ?)
- better variations out there (i.e. I prefer using hourglass lighting palettes and setting sprays)

I use this powder to set my foundation and so far it has not failed me. I only need to dust a little bit on my face and if I need to, I can easily touch-up through out the day, though I usually don't need to. Of course Make Up For Ever products tend to be pricier than drugstore makeup, but since it's working great so far, I'm gonna stick to this product!

This was a very disappointing product for me, mostly because I was lead to purchase by the raving beauty gurus. It is very nicely finely milled but for whatever reason, once I have this product on, whatever powder I put on top (blus, bronzer and highlight) is almost non existent in those areas. It's really hard for me to apply other products over top and that was a huge no and a pas for me.
