A Good Protein Bar

Hemp Yeah Dark Chocolate Cacao Bars have 10g of super seed protein packed into each 45g bar. It is also grain free, gluten free, vegan and contains Omega 3 and Omega 6.

When you first open the package the sweet smell of chocolate hits your nose. The taste was a bit sweet for me. There is not a lot of flavour besides the taste of chocolate, which was nice but a bit rich for me.

The texture is chewy and crunchy at the same time. It was filling and would make a great morning snack or pick me up in the afternoon. It is also good to toss in your bag in case you get stuck somewhere and need a boost.
