Dark Chocolate Cacao Bars

I enjoyed the taste of the bar that included hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, cacao nibs & fair-trade chocolate. I love the fact that the bars are grain-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, non-GMO, vegan & kosher. My husband has Celiac and likes the fact he can eat these bars. I have a hard time maintaining my protein intake because I do not eat meat or seafood. These bars have 10 grams of plant protein & 6 grams of Omega 3 & 6. These bars are a great healthy snack option that would satisfy my chocolate cravings. I will continue to eat & purchase Manitoba Harvest Hemp Yeah Bars. #gotitfree
