I use this mascara all the time. It defines lashes and adds volume without clumping - even has a special-shaped brush to coat and separate the lashes. Even though it is not actually water-proof, it is water/tear resistant - does not run. Excellent value for the price.

It’s my go-to mascara. I used to only buy high-end brands such as Lancome, Dior, Benefit Cosmetics, Estee Lauder, and Marc Jacobs. A friend of mine recently recommended me to try Mary Kay. I was reluctant at first, but now it’s my everyday mascara. I’ll use my high-end mascaras only for special occasions, but this works perfectly on a day-to-day basis. I don’t have long lashes, and 2-3 coats of this mascara add a ton of drama to my eyes.

Mary Kay makes terrible mascaras, this is so dry that is just flakes off everywehre.

I purchased this mascara reluctantly as I've tried several other MK products and wasn't too happy. Out of the $200 I spent this little mascara was my favourite item. It's quite pricey in the $20 range. It doesn't show up extremely purple but when you have a gold or pink toned eye shadow it shows up more. However, the lengthening aspect of it is REALLY good. I was pleasantly surprised. I might consider buying it again if I didn't have a stash of 100 mascaras already!
