I want to say thank you Chick Advisor for letting me try and review this foundation as it is a great product!

I liked the packaging and found that the pump was an added perk as it dispenses just the right amount of foundation making it so easy to use..
I chose the creamey natural and it was the perfect match to my rather fair skin tone.It provided a good amount of coverage with a nice even balance. My pores looked a bit smaller. I finished with some mineral loose powder and I could hardly feel anything on my face at all. This foundation is really dreamy, creamey and light with a luminous finish.I would highly recommend this product to my friends etc.

I was a bit skeptical to try a drugstore foundation( my last experience was with CG in the late 1990's). First off I liked the packaging, the pump was a pleasant surprise and gave me more control over the amount I wanted to use. The foundation formula felt really light on my skin and there was no irritating chemical smell or perfumes that I could detect. The application looked a bit cakey when first applied but once it was evenly distributed with a makeup sponge, it masked 75% of my everyday skin imperfections. My pores appeared smaller after my initial application but as with all foundations, I found they looked pretty normal after a full day of wear, although I found that a skin primer aided the staying power of the foundation. Overall I was quite impressed and I think I will probably pick up a second bottle once this one runs out! I also wish it contained SPF but I use a daily facial moisturizer with SPF year round so it was not a major concern of mine.

First of all, thanks ChickAdvisor for letting me know about this product!

Overall, good foundation for general everyday use. It's light weight, sheer and goes on easily. I really liked the pump and cap because they were tight when closed. It was nice to see a large amount of foundation for the price point - although, it might be too much if you're not the type of person who uses it everyday. My skin looked nice and it didn't leave me with the feeling of wearing a full face of make-up.

On the flip side, I really wish it had SPF in it. Its sheer coverage was good, but I could easily see my pores (which I personally like, but I know others generally don't). At times I thought my skin in the normal oily areas were even more oily. It didn't happen everyday so could just be me.

In conclusion, I'd definitely buy it again and recommend to friends. For the price point it might be a good idea to save money and start using a new brand.

I was very pleased with the product since it matched my skin tone extremely well. It looked natural and not caked on. Overall my skin tone looked even. If you're like me and have dark eye circles or a few age spots, then I would recommend using a concealer as well. I finished off with a light sweep of my mineral powder and my face looked flawless.

I would definitely buy this product if it had SPF 15 or higher. I really appreciated the the pump design which is great for avoiding those accidental spills.

The packaging is nice and it's an easy way to dispense the liquid foundation. I have used one other liquid foundation and I had to scoop it out of the bottle with a Q-tip so this was very helpful.

My previous problem with liquid foundations were (1) it'd cake on my face after awhile, (2) it wouldn't last the whole day (either via caking and looking weird or it'd just fade, (3) it'd feel really oily and (4) it feels heavy.

I put on the foundation at 9am and was out the whole day, I didn't get back until 10:30pm. I have very oily and extremely sensitive skin so I was surprised that my face didn't react harshly to this like previous foundations. I put it to the day test to see if it'd last the day. I was impressed that it didn't feel too heavy. Perhaps it was because I didn't apply as much on my face as before (I'm not sure but is a possibility) or maybe because it's just lighter.

It didn't last the whole day for me. By 12:30pm I noticed that the coverage was still there but definitely not as good as the morning. By 6pm it didn't seem to make much of a difference at all anymore. Although my face didn't feel that oily at first by 6pm is was oilier than usual. I should probably carry those oil absorbing sheets with me if I wear this again.

Would I buy this in the store? I probably wouldn't but I don't think it's a bad liquid foundation, it's just not for me. Of this one and the other one I've tried (L'Oreal True Match) I'd probably pick this one because it didn't cake on my face, it's not as heavy and the dispensing method is very convenient. I still had the problem of it not lasting as long as I'd like and the oily feeling on my face. Maybe if I carried a press powder with me to do touch ups it'd be more worthwhile but I don't.

If given the option I'd probably buy a press powder mineral foundation with me so I'm able to touch up when I need to. It's also lighter, does not give me an oily feeling and has an spf. Overall I'd recommend it to someone that was looking for a liquid foundation but would personally choose a mineral foundation over this one.

    PROS
    -colour matched well
-did not cake on my face (pretty huge)
    -gave good coverage
-my skin didn't react to it

    CONS
-did not last the whole day
    -still have the oily feeling
    -no spf coverage

    (Thanks Chick Advisor for this!).

I've seen the commercial about 100x, but I'm reluctant on trying new things right away. When it came in the mail I was surprised how large it was - a lot of foundations these days come in smaller containers for more money.

The pump was easy to use, and clean. It gave me the perfect amount every time, which I love. It goes on smooth and gives me a nice, overall finished look that I really like. I'll be buying this product when I run out for sure! I barely noticed it was there (I notice all makeup, even the lightest lightweight, as my skin is somewhat sensitive) and it didn't clump or flake during the day.

The only thing I had a problem with was that there was zero SPF protection, unlike my current 15 SPF foundation.

I have a very fair complexion and I usually find with foundations most shades fall slightly lighter than my skin tone, or slightly darker. I was very happy with how well this product matched my skin and blended in! It's a very light coverage, which works well for me as I don't need heavy coverage. The product smoothed over my skin very well and was quite easy to apply. If you have trouble areas that you want to cover i.e. dark circles under your eyes, blemishes etc., you'll want to use a concealer along with this product. I also found I had better luck when I used a powder to set the product. My skin started to feel a little oily later in the day if I didn't. Overall I think this is a really great "drugstore" product. When it comes to foundations, concealers and powder I usually like to spend a bit more money and get a higher end product. However, this foundation is a great budget conscious alternative!

Start off by saying, Thanks to ChickAdvisor Review Club for this product. Greatly appreciated! :)

I had a hard time getting the product out the first time I used it with the whole twisting and then I had to pump it like 5 or so times to get some stuff. It was just kind of annoying. My usual foundation doesn't have a pump and I prefer it without one.

The instant I put it on my face I was shocked at how it totally matched my skin color. So I was impressed with that.

It made my complexion look a little dry. I have somewhat dry skin, but usually with moisturizer it is fine, but with this product it really dried my skin out. Despite that I've tried lots of foundations and most do this to me.

I happened to get a huge pimple the day I used this foundation(lucky me!) and the foundation just glided over it nicely and it covered it very well.

The foundation feels nice on my skin, its very light and barely there. I prefer a little more coverage than this product. But this can be used for days where Im just running errands or when I just need a little coverage. Its not the foundation I would use for a night out on the town.

Overall I will stick to my Covergirl trublend whipped foundation. But not a bad product from Maybelline. :)

The design and look of the bottle is really attractive and cool. I have used liquid foundation prodcuts before and never liked them, but I must say that for liquid foundations this one definitely stands out. It is much lighter than all of them and very easy to spread. Its not oily.

Compared to the original maybelline matte mousse it does not work as well for me. Matte mousse covers the imperfections better for me and gives me more of a flawless look than this one, which doesnt cover enlarged pores as well as the original matte mousse.

Overall I would recommend it to most people but if they have problems with bigger pores you should opt for the original matte mousse which is just amazing.

If you're a liquid foundation lover then definitely go for it!

I found the packaging kinda difficult. When I first opened it it was not easy to get it working, I had to take off so much packaging. I threw out the little lid rigth away.

I couldn't believe how perfect that shaded was for my skin. It was an exact match for my complexion. As soon as I applied it it looked flawless. I have never found a shade that exact before.

I like it, it 's light and looks really smooth. I like the smell and the feel of it on my face. It isn't that different from my usual covergirl foundation. When it's onmy face there is very little difference, it's only in the application that I notice the change.

I have a feeling this bottle won't last long. That will be the deciding factor for me. My cover girl foundation lasts for weeks. I don't have to buy it very often. If this foundation can out last my cover girl, I am sold. I will buy it again, it just depends on it's life span
