The only negative thing I have to say about these shadow quads is that I wish there were more matte shades. They're super creamy and pigmented, very high quality!

Smokey night is for a night out on the town full of shimmery metallic pigments. You get a copper, purple, blue, and a black. Watch out for fallout but the colour payoff is beautiful.

Maybelline New York Eye Studio Eyeshadow Quads has a soft velvety texture, and they are highly pigmented. I love how the colors complements each other and the thin compact. I find that it is best to apply the eyeshadow with clean fingers rather than a brush. I find that with a brush the glitter does not deposit onto the my eyelids. I also find that the colours goes on sheer and glittery but can be layered for a more dramatic look.My eye make-up lasts over a solid work day without fading and smudging.
