Fairly good product to its price point

I can't say that it's the best mascara that I have used but for the price point, its not bad. It's my go-to when others are not available at the store.

Maybelline New York has a lot of great products out there and this mascara is one of them because it gives my lashes a great look while giving me volume, LOVE.

Basic mascara

Perfect staple to have in your beauty bag. This has been a great mascara to have for like 20 years! I use it, my mom uses it, etc.. It's easy to apply and has good staying power

No Raccoons Here!

This mascara is the only one I use! There aren't a lot of makeup brands around from when I was younger, but this one has been my go-to since I was a teenager starting to wear makeup. A tube of this mascara lasts me months, and the application is incredible right up to the end. The colour is a stunning black and really helps my long, natural lashes pop. There is no other mascara that can beat this one!

Id buy this again

I must say ive bought alot of mascara over the years, and i love my blackest black mascara, i find Maybellines Greatest Lash Blackest Black to be my favourite by far. It doesnt clump, gives my lashes a nice full look, id recommend this to all to try.

Got the LOOK!

This mascara is by far the most inexpensive mascara I have ever purchased. While it's not the best quality mascara out there and it doesn't last for a long time (what mascara does, if you use it 5 times/week), it's well worth it's value and it does work.

I recommend this product if you don't mind being limited to a
Black mascara.
I use mascara sparingly on my brows (in addition to my lashes), so I prefer to use a brown mascara, but Maybeline doesn't make a Brown colour. Don't be fooled by their "Brownish-Black" - it's absolutely Black.

Try it and see for yourself. Their waterproof mascara is also a great buy!

I have bought this product for over 40 years!

I don't know why I haven't reviewed Maybelline's Great Lash Mascara before! I have been using it since I was 14 years old. It wasn't common in the 70s for young teen girls to be allowed to wear makeup but I had been wearing it for ballet recitals for several years already and my mother, although strict in many ways, was open to mascara a pale lip gloss. It is a humorous family story that as a teen, I wouldn't take the garbage to the street until I had my mascara on (not sure who I was going to see!). Great Lash has always been among the less expensive mascaras so maybe that's why it was my "gateway" mascara! I have used different brands on and off over the years and I always come back to the iconic green and pink container. I always laugh when someone is asking which mascara someone uses and hear, "oh you know, the pink and green one"! I usually like the dramatic look of Blackest Black but have been known to dabble in other colours! The coverage is smooth, non-clumping, and definitely waterproof. I highly recommend this tried and true product.

Great Lash, wow!!

La découverte de ce mascara quand j’étais adolescente a changer ma vie! (Ahaha!) La qualité/prix du mascara Great Lash en vsut vraiment la peine. Il met en valeur mes petits cils et mes yeux! Pour avoir essayé plusieurs mascara différents, celui-ci reste mon coup de coeur!

Great product

This is a great product.i have been using for several months. Switched from different brand. It makes my lashes show more and look thicker and more vibrant. My lashes are light in colour and barely visible. I definitely would recommend this product.

Favorite mascara!

I have long eyelashes that most mascara's won't lift. This mascara is my absolute go-to and does not flake or clump and is an easy removal! I have been using this product now for over 12 years.
