Absolutely love McCain Deep 'n Delicious Cakes. It is the perfect amount of chocolate yet are still very light. I have not tried many of the other kinds/flavours but I am sure I would enjoy them just as much. Definitely recommend this product! I do feel that $5.99 is a little steep for the price, could sell for a reasonable $3.99 instead!

It's a good cake and kids love it so for a smile it's wort it and taste good ! I preferd it frozen but my little brother likes it just cold and surly with a glass of Milk.

It's pretty good for frozen cake, most of the time this is on sale for $1.99 each or free with a pizza purchase. I would not buy this at $5.99. At $5.99 go by a real slice of cake or an entire pie.

While this isn't for everyday....it's great in a pinch when you have a craving and the stores are closed. It tastes way better then boxed cake (that you bake up yourself) too.

I still recommend that people bake their own chocolate cakes as it's better for you...but in a pinch....these will do as well. (kids also don't care as long as there's cake).

Smooth, rich, and delicious. One of my favourite premade desserts. Perfect if you need something quick to serve. Such a nice chocolate treat. A perfect dessert!!

This cake is pretty good for frozen cake. It isn't overly sweet. Easy in a pinch if some one comes over for Kaffee und Kuchen! (Coffee and cake!)

While better tasting than vanilla, and popular with kids, it's still far from great tasting and the quality isn't good, especially for the price of it.

I find this cake to be too sweet, and it doesn't taste much like chocolate. Personally, I would rather "spend" my calories for the day on something that tastes indulgent, rather than something that just tastes like sugar.

Here's the thing with this stuff: you can't expect a really good quality cake. It's processed, it's boring, but it's cake. I've never met a cake I didn't like. If I had the choice, I would pick a bakery made or home made cake over this stuff. The good part about these cakes is the convenience and the price. They are as convenient as bakery cakes in grocery stores, but cheaper than the fresh stuff. Unfortunately you can tell in the quality-- you can tell the difference between the ones they make in the bakery department and the one you take from the freezer. That being said, they don't taste bad-- they just taste processed. Good if you're in a pinch and they're on sale, but I wouldn't purposely seek them out.

moelleux, chocolaté, bon petit dessert à déguster en famille. Le seul hic, est que selon moi le prix n'est pas approprié è la grosseur et la qualité du dessert.

I never really liked these cakes that much. This one is super sweet yeah but it just doesn't taste like real cake and seems to get moist/melt easily. I would much rather the real thing or an actually icecream cake than this.
