When we purchased the Red Skin Wedges for a hockey team get together, we were concerned that our oven wouldn't cook them throughly (as previous brands were too thick and did not cook evenly). So we used a deep fryer to ensure good consistent cooking with the McCain Red Skin Wedges and they turned out great. The taste was not oily at all and everyone loved them. If anything, I would ask for a 5lb bag instead of the small portions - it would really help out as the smaller bags are expensive for the amount you get.

I love using potato wedges especially for my grandsons.
They think the wedges are the best, especially with chicken strips.
My husband and I prefer them with a nice breakfast omelette.

These are the best wedge fries on the market, nice and crispy outside with a wonderfully soft, tasty center. Makes a steak supper look more classy with a side of McCain red skin wedge fries on the side.

So so good! I was a little worried about the lack of salt, and thought they may not taste as good but I wanted to be healthy ... but they are so good!! I added a little paprika and it was perfect!

These taste pretty close to fresh made fries and I think I have a new favourite! I enjoyed the skin on the fries! It was a nice change and made them look homemade! The texture was great but with a family you need bigger bags!

I really love these ! Most of the time having frozen fries there good but you can still tell they were frozen these taste awesome like they came out of the fryer !

We purchased these and loved them. They tasted great and tasted real, not artificial. We loved the wedgw as an alternative to a fry. The flavor was great and I would recommend them.

I LOVE THESE!! I love wedge fries, I love red potatoes and I LOVE how easy they are to make. I have never been a frozen fry kinda gal, but McCain is really stepping it up lately!

Love these in our house! It's a great side dish to any meal and I love sprinkling seasoning salt on them or garlic powder and parsley. They crisp up in the oven nicely and taste amazing.

Yum! Very delicious with a sprinkle of salt and dipped in a Chipolte sour cream dip with green onions and bacon. It is amazing. Must try this weekend for family events
