Mill St Brewery originated in Toronto, Ontario, but also has one of their Flagship brew pubs here, in Ottawa, Ontario - the food is exquisite and they have their main and special beers on tap!

This is a nice stout - it's not quite as heavy as Guiness is, and actually has a nice sweet malted flavour to it. Apparently the sweetness comes from chocolate, which I generally don't like in beer, but it's not overpowering in Cobblestone, so I'll let it slide.

Stouts make a nice snack beer - being they are heavier and smoother than other beers - and filling!
