I received this product from ChickAdvisor to try and to give an opinion on it.
Out of all of the available flavours this one was actually the one that I wanted to try the least. I tried it and was pleasantly surprised. Mai Taisare not my favourite drink but this mix made it taste pretty good. I tried it in 2 difficult recipes. I first tried it according to the directions on the bottle. The second recipe was the backyard mai tai recipe that came in the accompanying recipe book. Both recipes were pretty good although the original recipe is a bit sweet for my liking the backyard mai tai was less sweet.
The convenience of the premade mix is really nice. The price of the mix is great. On sale the bottle is approximately $4. It appears that it would make many drinks!

Easy to make, tasty to drink!

I received this product for free in exchange for an honest review.

I liked how easy it was to make this, all I did was add rum, ice, a lemon and a touch of ice tea and it made a nice drink. The drink was refreshing and not too sweet, although still a bit too sweet for what I normally drink.
If you are someone who likes to drink cocktails and hard liquor in the summer I feel like these mixes would be easy and fun to take with you camping or to the cottage!
It still makes a fancy treat!

Impressed!

I really wasn’t sure about this to begin with. After having the chance to test this for free I was pleasantly surprised. Some mixes leave your drinks tasting way to watered down. Others leave it tasting way to sweet. This was a great in between. Overall flavour was great and blended well. The price was relatively inexpensive and easily accessible at my grocery store. Large bottle and didn’t require I use the entire bottle at one time. Great product.

Fruity!

I found it quite difficult to find the Daiquiri flavoured Mr.&Mrs;Mott's. I checked at three local grocery stores and neither of them had any. So I decided to go with the Mai Tai flavour. I followed the recipe booklet that was provided and it was easy to follow. The drink was delicious but too sweet. I would recommend putting less than suggested. Overall the drink was really good and flavourful. Great drink to serve on a hot summer day! I will definitely give the other flavours a try.

The only con was that it was overpriced.

MOTT'S MR & MRS T MAI TAI COCKTAIL MIX

This was on sale and I had a $1 off coupon so I thought I would definitely give it a try. I liked how it came with recipes and was easy to mix with. I found it a little sweet but I expected that and mixed in some club soda. Made great drinks! Again, a little on the high sugar/calories side so I would recommend adding something like club soda.

Surprisingly great

I didn’t know how the product would work out but receiving the free coupon for a full sized bottle was too tempting. It turned out to be very good and the recipes were a great add on. I’ve already purchased another bottle of another flavour to use. I will next experiment on my own, but worth it!

Great Mixer

The mix was great and worked well in cocktails. There was a good selection of mixes available that can work for you. Although it was a bit pricey, I would still recommend it.

Sweet and Easy

I chose the Mai Tai premade cocktail mix to try. The basic description of the flavor was pineapple and almond, and weirdly the almond was very predominant. I wasn't expecting the almond to come through but it was pretty tasty. Obviously you need to provide your own alcohol, which it helpfully tells you what you need- Rum in this case.
I liked that it is pre-mixed, for those of us that are a little too lazy to buy separate ingredients, and measure it up this is super easy. The basic recipe on the side of the bottle also makes for really easy mixing.
It was a little sweet, which I assume is what its supposed to taste like. I did have to add more rum than it called for -but that was personal preference.
All in all, its fantastic for the quick drink without having to do all the work yourself

Great drink for summer

I received this as a free trial from XY Stuff Club it taste great and is not to sweet. Reminds me of Mexico it would be a great drink over the summer. I for sure will be trying the other Mott's Mr & Mrs drink mix.

Unique flavour

I was very excited too receive this cocktail drink mix as I have seen it in the stores for quite some time now and I never got around too trying it out. The Mai Tai cocktail mix has Citrus, pineapple and almond flavours. I did find that this combination of flavours went very well with each other. I had mixed about a half of a cup of this mix with pineapple juice, orange juice, fresh strawberries and a couple ounces of Jamaican Rum. I did notice that it was very sweet adding a half of a cup too this mixture. I then made another batch and only used 1/4 cup of the Mai Tai cocktail mix and it was a lot better this way. I do like my drinks pretty sweet but you really need too mix a lot of other fruit juices with it too tame the sweetness down. Another thing that I had noticed with this mix is that it doesn't contain any real fruit juices. It only contains artificial flavours which is a huge downside for me as it takes away from the real taste of the mix in a form or artificial enhancers. I really wish they would just have real fruit juices in the cocktail mix. So this may deter me from buying it a second time.

The price of this cocktail mix is exceptionally reasonable. I went too the store and it was 2.98$ a bottle which will last a good 20 drinks or more.
