    Simple But Effective

    This is a really cool app. Not even if you want to lose weight. Just being able to track your fitness and what you eat is interesting. I never knew he calorie count for the food I was eating and this has helped me shave off a few pounds.

    I really like MyFitnessPal for tracking my macros! it has been incredibly useful when I am trying to lose weight or maintain my muscle mass. I really like that you can see the breakdown of percentage when you add in your meals.

    This is a great app! The charting for weight is very good to see long term progress. The scanning feature works for most Canadian foods. The only reason I not longer use it is because I track smart points now instead of calories.

    This is such a great app!! Before I downloaded this I was having trouble finding motivation to get in shape and get healthy. I found this app and quickly fell in love! It is super easy to use and has so many different food logged in even fast food and you can scan items to make sure your getting the right items. I also love that you can sinc it with other apps. you can use it to track any workouts your. overall its just an awesome app and everyone should at least give it a try.

    this app is amazing!!! I have recommended everyone I know to use this app! it helps you track everything and has the option to scan barcodes. they provide fitness tips and recipes! I use this app on a daily basis and have been using it for years - I depend on it!!!

    Whether you are looking to lose weight, maintain weight or gain weight this app is for you. When starting you put I. Your personal information such as age, sex, height weight and what your desired weight is and how long you want to take to get there and it will give you the amount of calories you need to either lose, gain or maintain. There's a section where you place all your meals so it can calculate your calories and tell you roughly how many calories you have left or how many calories you went over. There's also a section that you can place any kind of physical activity you had that day and how many extra calories more you are permitted due to your exercise. Theres a section where you can put in if there's any weight change and it will chart it and so many other wonderful features. This is an easy to use app to use which is great for me because I don't like apps or sites that are overly difficult to understand and it's very easy to navigate. This is definitely a health app I would recommend to friends and family wanting to regulate or monitor their weight.

    I love this app so much. I was really good at using it religiously for well over a year but I slid over the past 8 months or so because I've been insanely busy with school and stuff. So many different foods are in here and if not, you can easily add it in. One thing you may want to be careful with is the calorie recommendations ( I have read they can be low in comparison to what you really need). You may want to calculate your TDEE and use that calorie total instead of the MFP one.

    This is a super app if you want to keep track of your fitness goals. It is not just for weight loss, but for living a healthy lifestyle. It is pretty user friendly, and there is even a message board so you can find other people who might have the same goals. It is a free app with loads of tools, but you can also pay to get premium and have a whole bunch more tools. I use the app everyday.

    Use this app every day
    Great especially for counting carbs and macros. Tells me how much more protein I need.to eat. There is some things extra you have to pay for but other than that the app it totally free to use . If you use it so many days in a row they send you an email for under armour $40 off if u spend $100.

    I really like this app. I have used it multiple times to keep my eating and calorie intake on track. I like all the options it gives you to really help you stay on track with your healthy lifestyle. The app is free, but to unlock certain things within the app, you do have to pay. All in all it's a good little health app if you need to see what your daily intake of nutrients are.
