Yesterday I was excited I had only worked half the day and thought to myself I have some me time I think I might wax , I hadn't done it in about 2 months and previously had bought veet salon wax or sonthong like that which I regret not only was it the wrong brand I normally get ( when buying I was just looking at the box not the brand name ) I was dossapoinyed by it because i found it just pulled on hairs and didn't rip them out but anyway back to the Nair
So despite having half a tub of wax at home I went out to by the wax I usually get I went to three storedms and none of them had it I was a little dissapointed and stated looking at other brands telling myself to stay away from veets there wasn't many choices but wow the packaging for the Nair toffee apple wax made it look like a good choice plus it was advertised on the packaging that if I didn't like it I could get my money back( I did not read the fine print) it was no more expensive than the wax I usually buy so I went ahead and got it. Unfortunstly something popped up yesterday and I ran out of time so I thought I'd do it today , read the instructions wow only 30 seconds in the microwave that's pretty good went down to my waxing area which I had set up and went ahead I started with my bikini area as it was getting a bit over grown down there . I started spreading the wax thinking about how lovely it is I place my first strip and pat it down and am suprised to see that the edges aren't really stickig that well so gave it a bit of a rub waited a bit and ripped it off. OMG far out that hurt so I look at the strip a bit suprised that there's not much hair on it look at my bikini line dissapointed that the hair was still there and several bits of wax that hadn't come off with the strip. I did about 5 strips in total before packing it away . I might try it again but it's doubtful
- product was very sticky
-did not effectively remove hair
-left bits of wax all over my skin and when trying to remove with the strip I just used it just leaves more wax behind and hurts
-turns out I can't get my money back the money back gaurentee was only for about 2 months and ended in 2014

The smell was UNREAL!! But heated it up and the consistency seemed normal but it did not take my hair off. Gave up after about 4 strips of barely anything. Probably will try again and hope to get better results

This product does not work. I should have read the fine print terms and conditions for getting your money back. It says you can only get your money back if you purchased the product between 22/9/14 and 17/11/14. What kind of a product guarantee is that!! I went straight back to waxeeze, which is brilliant. I only tried this product because the toffee apple appealed to me, but who needs wax to smell anyway! I tried 3 times to wax off a strip of hair which always comes off first go with waxeeze and it removed hardly any hair and left wax on my skin. Terrible product and the packaging needs to change because if you don't love it, you 'DONT' get your money back. Absolute robbery!

NAaa not for me was excited to try, followed directions to a T.. but left hair behind. not impressed..smell was ok..but I rather something that works better and have no smell.... would not recommend!

I bought this wax for my bf. When I was waxing him, I was confused why it leaves chunks of wax of the skin. Then I tried it myself. First time I was in hurry and it was just awful, after that I tried one more time and it didn't work for me again. Then a couple of weeks later I decided to give it a try again properly (actually just now) and again I was so disappointed. It doesn't remove hair at all. It only leaves chunks of wax on skin and its difficult to get rid off it. It leaves bruises on the skin, especially sensitive areas such as underarms. Probably I didn't use it properly, but I've been using wax and I've been waxing myself for more than 6 years and I can say that I've got some experience. And also I've started going to a professional to do sugarwax on bikini area and this wax is nothing compare to that one.
Moreover I sent the email to the company requesting money back as seen on tv. It's been more than 2 weeks still haven't heard from them back.
Very disappointed and unfortunately cannot recommend it to anyone.

Was looking forward to a rinseable, nice smelling easy way to remove hair. This product disappointed me...it no where remove all the hairs even after numerous tries. Would definitely not recommend it.

This product promises proven effectiveness on short hairs, I believe as short as 4mm it claimed. Don't believe the hype! It only smells irresistible, that's as good as it gets.

I bought this product in the hopes that I wouldn't have to shave. when I used it on my legs all it did was give me razor burn, it did not remove any of the hair at all. when I used it on my underarms all it did was leave me with a mess of wax to clean off and again it did not remove any of the hair. the only place it did remove hair from was my forearms and even then it only removed about 90% of the hair.

I bought this product in hopes of waxing my legs and underarms before my graduation. This product is severely disappointing. It didn't rip out a single hair. I tried hair about 2mm on my legs and about 4mm on underarms. I grew the hair so I would be able to wax. Guess I'll go back to wax strips!

This wax barely removed any hair. The strips could not be used multiple times as claimed in the pamphlet. I actually ended up with a small bruise on my leg from trying to remove hair feom one spot and I still had hair left.
