I don't like this wax at all! It's too sticky and it doesn't grab the hairs properly. I used it on my underarms and the hairs are about 2mm long.. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.. everyone else seems to love

I really wanted to love this product... I really, truly did....

After waiting with baited breath for my free full sized trial of this product in the mail I had to wait a few more days to try it. The packaging was elegant and would jump off the shelves for sure. Upon opening the container for heating I was instantly hit with the heavenly Candy Apple scent - mmmmmm smelled amazing! Wax heated thoroughly in 30 seconds as described by the instructions, however, it went downhill from there. This is the runniest, messiest wax kit I have used, and I have tried a few. I felt that the applicator was too short and narrow to be effective, and the unwoven strips did not adequately grip the wax to pull it off the leg - there was always a fair amount of wax left over. The best part about the whole experience? That it washed off easily and thoroughly with warm water.

I will shave my legs tomorrow, as after 10 minutes of fighting with the wax I gave up (and ran out of strips). I will say this though - my legs are super soft.
