Soothing Sleep Aid

I recieved a sample of this Magnesium Drink by Natural Calm Canada for free in exchange for my honest review. I am a busy mom of three young children, ages two to five years old. I am always stressed and have sleep troubles. As such, I am always on the lookout for a something to ease the stress, help me sleep or help me unwind. These Calm drinks were perfect for just that.

The Calmful Sleep was wonderful. I tried this drink an hour before bedtime and slowly sipped on it until finished. I noticed the addition of melatonin, which was a nice addition for sleep. Within thirty minutes after my drink, I was soothed, drowsy and ready for bed. I do not know what the benefits look like of this Magnesium supplement long-term, but in the short-term, this was a lovely sleep aid. I woke up feeling better rested than I would normally without it.

Great assistance for a good night of sleep

I love this relaxation powder. It is easy to drink and digest. Just mixed this fine granule powder with hot water and drink it, pretty much tasteless at all probably like electrolyte drinks. I drink it warm an hour before bed. I feel relaxed and ready to sleep afterwards. It truly helps me fall asleep quicker and improves length of sleep. The best part is that I don’t have just a good sleep but my nervous system is more restful and calm. Much more rejuvenated the next day.

Helps with sleep!

I started using these when I got pregnant and have continued to use them nightly now for the last year. This product tastes great and also helps with sleep, relaxation, muscle soreness and constipation. I find it’s a supplement worth spending a little extra money on due to all the added benefits.

OH MY GOSH!

I received a couple of sample sizes of this product and wow, it really does help to calm your mind and body for a good sleep. I used this product when I was having trouble sleeping from heat and no AC and I fell asleep so fast and stayed asleep. Another night when I had to work and usually see every hour on the clock, I fell asleep faster, woke up less and when I did wake up, it did take time to get back to sleep, but my mind and body were calmer. I was not flailing around like crazy or stressed from being unable to sleep. I was just calm! My sleeps have never been like that!

A SKEPTIC NO LONGER!

I had my doubts that a “natural” product that claimed to calm you, relax you, de-stress you, let you get to sleep faster, AND allow you to sleep all night - just a loss leader! WOW, was I WRONG! This product was easy to prepare, tasted good, with no after taste, AND most importantly, did INDEED relax me, felt no stress, & I did fall asleep much faster, but, what I was most IMPRESSED with, was that I did stay sleeping all night! That’s a first for me! This product is simple to prepare...just mix with hot water, stir until dissolved, & drink it! That’s it! I know you’ll be as happy as I am, once you’ve tried this!
