Unsure how I feel about it

My favorite flavor is the Raspberry-Lemon it was yummy. I loved that the trial included all the flavors. Most times you are offered 1 and you might not like it. I am deficient in Magnesium so this is a great way to get more. I have noticed a bit more energy the morning after drinking these. I also have restless legs and it seemed to be less of an issue on the nights I took this drink. This product does boast that it can help relieve stress, improve sleep, reduce pain, promote heart health and more. Im not opposed to buying some more and giving this a longer term trial. 😀

This does not taste to well but it really helps. It calms me, and relaxes me a lot. It helps me feel better. It's not that expensive, you can buy it at target.
