I love the crunchiness that the seeds and nuts give to this bar. The coating at the bottom is a delicious blend of sweet that perfectly compliments the saltiness of the nuts and seeds. It is a evenly mixed blend of sweet and salty, for fans who like this flavour combination. I was pleasantly surprised since I did not particularly enjoy the Almond and Dark Chocolate flavour of this bar. I would buy these again the next time I found them on sale.

J'ai souvent faim mais je ne peux pas toujours manger de gros repas! Je suis tombé sur ce delicieux produit et j'avoue que je ne peux plus m'en passer. Cest tres nutritif et 1 seule barre aide a réduire ma faim. Jadore le gout sucré salé de cette barre. C'est un bon équilibre pour quelqu'un comme moi qui aime autant le sucre que le sel. Je le recommande fortement pour ceux et celles qui souvent avec leur horaire chargé ne trouve pas le tempa de mangé. Vite fait bien fait :)

A family member gave me a bar to try and at first glance, I was somewhat overwhelmed. The appearance of the product isn't bad by any means, but it doesn't look delicious. However, it had tons of flavour. I loved all the different nuts and seeds, which gave the bar flavour with depth. The coating added just the right amount of sweetness and wasn't too thickly coated. I would love for Nature Valley to develop new combinations and flavours of this bar!

love what's in these, gives me good stuff and energy. taste and texture is great. some sweetness and not too salty. i buy a big box at costco. not so big but better value than at a smaller grocery store i assume.

Crunchy and crumbly. There's a hint of caramel taste, but just mainly peanuts.

I had the pleasure of trying this as a free sample and fell in love right away. I am always looking for healthy options and I think I may have found it with this. I love the sweet and salty combination that you get from the salted caramel. It's a perfect combination of healthy and good tasting option.

Wow, these are the best. Even yummier than the chocolate ones. These are my new favourite snack!
