I would not recommend these, but I didn't have a very good experience. Worked great for my nails and my hair did grow, but I also got very faint (Im blond thank goodness) peach fuzz on my face which I did not have before I started taking them.

While this promises to help with hair, skin and nail growth and improvement, i find it only made my nails stronger and grow faster. Not much improvement on my skin and my hair have always grown like weeds. The taste is very good, it taste like strawberry milkshake in gummi forms which makes u want to eat it and not miss a dosage.

Will give this a few more tries.

I'm on the fence about this product! Heres my thing, does it truly work? I'm not sure if i can answer that question! I have been using it for about a year and I honestly don't know if they have been making a impact on my hair, skin or nails! However they do have some important vitamins so they act as a supplement for those if you are not getting them in your diet! They also do taste great so if nothing else you can enjoy getting a few extra vitamins.

I didn't like these as much as I wanted too. They didn't do much for my skin, I'm pretty sure my skin got dryer using these, as for my hair, it's stayed the same, and with my nails it has done nothing but make them longer. Maybe I'll keep trying them for a little bit longer but at the moment using them have been lack luster for me.

I took these for a few months and I didn't notice a difference in my nails, skin or hair. They tastes good so I didn't mind taking them but unfortunately I didn't find them to work well.

It's alright. I would recommend it on the taste in the gummies; they are delicious.

My nails became stronger but that was it.

My nails and hair might have improved with this supplement. Nails definitely grew faster. However, my skin definitely did not. There was a high amount of biotin in the gummies, which my body was not accustomed to. I had only taken a gummy a day to start - but it was still enough to cause my skin to erupt with cystic acne. Regularly. Before this, my skin was generally free from blemishes, aside from the occasional small blackhead on the chin, forehead or nose. To see these large, often painful pimples was devastating, to say the least, and took months to recover. I still have very mild scarring, despite using retinoids and hypoquinone.

On the bright side, the strawberry taste was great and made it fun to take these supplements.

Unfortunately, I would rather have clear skin and short hair than to have a spotted face and long hair.
