I LOVE Natures bounty hair skin and nails gummies with biotin, I've been using it for years!
I feel that the biotin really helped with nail growth and the strength of my nails. I also loose less hair when I wash or brush it. They taste amazing, just like candy gummies and no weird aftertaste at all! I don't take a lot of supplements or medications but this has for a long time and will continue to be one of the half dozen I do take.

Natures Bounty Hair, Skin and Nails is delicious and effective! I purchase mine at Costco or Sams Club to get the most bang for my buck! I found my nails gradually became stronger and hair looked healthier! I have been using these for about a year. As a curly girl it usually takes a long time to notice growth in my hair but with this product I can see noticeable growth every few months!

I have thin hair and I noticed a difference in volume within only a few weeks of taking these. They taste great too and are not expensive so I'm going to continue taking them.

The product was good tasted great it did make my hair feel softer but i didnt feel like it made my hair stronger and more radiant. I saw no diffrence in my skin and nails. The price was right but i dont think i will buy it again

I didn't notice much of a difference when I used this. I ended up stopping as I felt I was just eating sugar and fake ingredients. I think there are better alternatives if you wants better hair/skin/nails.

Okay - I am not a huge believer in taking a lot of supplements, I believe in a healthy diet and a short list of supplements if desired. I am 25 years old and I generally take only a few supplements: B12, B6, Folate, and Vitamin D3. That being said, my list just got a little longer thanks to Nature's Bounty. These gummies actually DO make my skin look better, my nails feel stronger and grow longer, and my hair is definitely doing better too. I bought two large containers of these from Costco and I will definitely be buying more when I run out! Just super!
