With Allergy season upon us I find I get really congested throughout the night. In the morning I can hardly breathe through my nose. I use the water that has been boiled in the kettle from tea the night before and add my packet to the water, shake it a little and stick it in my nostril and squeeze. I can't believe the relief I get from this product and it is no pills to swallow or chemicals in your body. Great Stuff Maynard!!!
