Very good product! Allow me to take off my makeup in one to two goes and does not leave my skin feeling super greasy, which I like. Have in mind I have oily skin to begin w/, so girls this is your product 😉.

I used to have a hard time removing my makeup until I tried this product. The makeup just washes off. The mascara comes off with ease. The solution is not oily, so it washes off nicely.

I have sensitive allergic skin that hurts with most product's , and under the eyes is the worst.But with Neutrigina make up remover lotion I dont have to worry about red or sore skin after I use it.It keeps my skin soft without the oily feeling most removers have.I wont use anything other then my favorite , Neutrigina makeup remover lotion.

Soothes and moisturizes while removing makeup.

This was my first time using a cream eye makeup remover and I have to say I like liquid better. It claims to be remove even water proof mascara but in my opinion it barely removes mascara that is not water proof. I have to go over my eyes multiple times before I get it all. The good thing is I don't have to scrub hard so it isn't all that irritating. Another thing I did not like about this lotion is the scent. To me it smelled musty and unpleasant. I did buy this on special at pharmaprix for 5$ so I wasn't all that disappointed. I definitely won't be repurchasing this product. It does say that it conditions and hydrates the eye area so it might be worth a try for someone who has problems with their surrounding eye area being dry.

Neutrogena's Eye Make-up Remover Lotion is a godsend! I don't like using oil based removers and most non-oil based don't end up doing much removing, but this lotion is amazing! Not only does it remove tough waterproof make-up, it hydrates and refreshes the eye area skin. I use it without fear of drying my eye area skin or causing irritation!

this lotion does not remove mascara effectively. A person needs to use this at least 2 times, sometimes 3 times to get all of your eye makeup off. After using this once, you will still have residual eye makeup on the next day and have to use it again.
