Not moisturizing enough

I wanted to like this product because I loved the way it smelled but it is not moisturizing enough for me. I have oily skin and after I put this on my face it felt tight and I needed to apply another cream on top.

Disappointing

I tried very hard to give this moisturizer a fair shot, but after a week of using it, its just impossible to have this work with my routine and on my skin. I don't have too many steps to my routine, but I do use a serum before moisturizer and this gel cream just DID NOT cooperate. It actually felt painful tingly. I tried forgoing the serum but I noticed the gel cream didn't actually do a good job of hydrating on it's own and the step removed was definitely noticeable.

Then when it came down to the makeup routines, I found this moisturizer, even if left to absorb for 15 minutes, still pilled. With a bb cream, foundation and an oil-based foundation. I tried so many combinations to see if this thing worked, and it just did not cooperate.

No bueno. It's not the worst thing I've tried but I really don't recommend it. My skin hated it.

Not my favorite

The neutrogena hydro boost gel cream was just not hydrating enough for me personally. I also believe it broke me out a bit which doesnt normally happen so i personally wouldnt buy the full size for my self. #gotitfree

Not enough quantity to properly review

I received a very small tube so not able to review properly. From what my wife told me that she definitely felt the skin hydrated and smells nice. She will probably buy to try.

Wasn't that impressed

I was excited to try this product ! It has a nice smell and consistency and it did help with dry skin but I also found it made my skin greasy. Wasn't as good as other moisturizers I have tried. It was a bit too pricey as well. If I did not receive this to try I wouldn't have used it .

Je l’ai appliqué après avoir démaquiller avec les lingettes neutrogena. J’ai adoré les lingettes mais quand j’ai mis la crème ma peau restais plus collante. Est-ce seulement la crème? Ou le mélange lingette-crème? Par contre j’ai tout de même quelques points positifs! Elle hydrate et la texture est agréable!

Dried out my skin

I received a sample of the Neutrogena Hydro Boost Gel Cream free from Chickadvidor. at first i really liked the texture and lightness of the gel cream. upon use i found that it really dried out my skin, made it super flakey, it also turned my face red. I had to apply it multiple times in a row to get a decent amount of moisture. I have combination skin. It also made my face dull. there was no hydrating or moisturizing aspect to it and i am very disappointed as i had high hopes for this cream. i would recommend this to anyone with oily skin, it may help take away a lot of the oil.

I would not buy it again

Odeur forte que j'ai pas apprécié, dès que je l'applique sur ma peau j'ai des picotement et il n'hydrate pas la peau comme espéré par contre laisse un finie lisse sur la peau

I was excited to buy this (and the eye cream) but was sorely disappointed. It was not very hydrating or an effective moisturiser. I know a lot of people do like it but it was not for me.

I was super excited to try this product but was very disappointed by its performance. I like to give any product at least a few weeks try out before giving it a review and this just did not perform up to the standards I expected of Neutrogena. It was too thin and did not moisturize my skin. I did not receive a sample, I purchased it myself and would not buy again
