Pretty in Pink!

I received the Pink Grapefruit Acne-Prone Skin Clay Mask from Neutrogena for free from ChickAdvisor in exchange for an honest review (#gotitfree). I really like how my skin felt upon using this mask. It smells divine (unlike many clay masks I have tried in the past), and is a pretty pink shade! It is easy to apply, dries on your face, and comes off with ease. It is hard to say how well it works for my acne (after only one use), but I would definitely like to try it out for a longer period of time. I an say that my face felt cleaner, smoother and softer after just one use.

The only issue that I had with this product was the packaging. I found that there was more than enough product in the satchet for at least two applications. It comes in a single-use packet, and there is no way for you to save some for another use. It would be amazing if this product was offered in a tube - so that you can use as much or as little as you want.

I would definitely recommend this product to someone looking for something that will help absorb excess oils from their face, and leave them looking softer and smoother as a result!

GOOD FOR A QUICK SKIN PICK UP

I was sent this product for free to review by ChickAdvisor, but all opinions are honest and my own. I have used a lot clay masks in my day considering I have very oily and acne prone skin, and I have to say, that this one is pretty great. There are not many great ones out at the drugstore right now so I was really happy to see that Neutrogena came out with one. It left my skin and pores feeling very clean and was a nice skin "pick-up" during exam week. It didn't make me break out at all, the smell was not too strong (but if you don't like grapefruit it might not be for you) and helped a lot with oil control. Overall, I definitely recommend it for all my oily skin people out there.

Left my skin smooth!

I absolutely loved this product. The moment I used it, it absorbed all the oil I had on my skin from that day. I loved that it was a wash-off since it’s what i tend to buy.

It was super effective! The moment I took it off my skin felt smoother and clean. I would recommend this product to my friends who are looking for a good face mask for a bargain!

Leaves face feeling clean and fresh!

I was pleasantly surprised by this product, similarly to the others in the cleansing line. The product itself was light and airy and didn't leave my skin feeling too dry or irritated after use, which I enjoyed. After cleaning off the mask, my skin felt instantly cleaner and refreshed and I still had a bit of the fresh grapefruit scent remaining after removal. Overall a great product of great quality and would highly recommend the skin cleaning line to anyone with acne prone skin who is looking for a light and fresh, full face solution!

Nice

Its a nuce gentle product that feels nice ad relxing. However I didnt find it as effective as the cleanser. It was very gentle on my skin but i have not seen a big diff as i did with the cleanser.

Good product - packaging is a nuisance

I like the product itself. The scent could be a bit stronger, but it did make my face feel nice afterwards. The package was frustrating - hard to open in the first place, and hard to squeeze out all of the mask as you use it.

A nice mask

I really enjoyed using this clay mask. The scent wasn’t too overpowering but I was expecting a more heavy squeaky clean citrus scent. The packaging the mask came in was very generous. I could probably get two applications out of it. However, with the type of packaging it was more messy to apply.
The mask left my face feeling clean and refreshed.

Product is good, quality is good, packaging drives me crazy

I love face masks, especially clay ones since they are great at pulling out oil and giving my face that squeaky clean feeling. This one perfumed well and smell great, but personally, masks that come in this kind of packaging drive me crazy. They are simply a pain to use, especially when your hands are already covered in mask trying to squeeze it out. My second gripe about this packaging is that you cannot seal and save it, I have had experience using these kinds before so I enlisted my brother to also use some at the same time I did, but I would have otherwise had too much mask left over. This was a great mask, but it would be nice to see it in a jar packaging. Even the same amount would be great as a "capsule" sold so that you could reseal. I find that the value isn't there because half gets wasted. But overall, it was a good mask and made my face feel ultra clean.

# chickadvisor # got it free to try. This mask has light pink color and mild grapefruit scent. Consistency is appropriate for easy application and it helps to clean the face and get rid of clogged pores.

About average

This was a nice clay mask that left my skin feeling soft and clean. There was a lot of product left in the package and I had to dispose of it. It was nice because I was able to ensure that I had full coverage but it was quite a bit wasted. Overall the mask did about average in terms of effectiveness and was compareable to many other masks out there.
