OUCH! Pink grapefruit peel off mask

This product was definitely not for me. I’ve never had an issue with my face reacting to a peel off mask before but this one didn’t not agree with my skin. My face was left almost the same pink colour as the mask once it was off. Almost for the whole day too. I enjoyed the smell of the product but felt like I was smearing pepto all over my face to start.

Interesting

I tried this product for free from ChickAdvisor. The packaging makes it hard to use this product, it's super sticky and messy. The smell was nice and after peeling it, it was interesting to see some dead skin on it.

It’s More a Hype Product Than Practical

I got this product to try for free from Chick Advisor and Neutrogena. I tried this after washing my face and found the application to be VERY MESSY. When I finally had an even distribution, the product did dry down fine. When I peeled it off, it was the same experience as peeling white glue off of the palm of one’s hand... I guess the point of peel-off masks is to make the cleansing part easier, but the novelty wore off quick. Didn’t feel much difference from the pink grapefruit clay mask except that my skin was probably a fraction brighter. It did hydrate, but I couldn’t tell if it actually helped clean deep or if it actually helped stop acne, as it was a one-time use. If I had a chance to try it over a few weeks, then maybe I could see how it worked in conjunction with the pink grapefruit cleanser.

Okay for a peel off face mask

The whole pink grapefruit line smells amazing, and this peel off face mask is no different. I would wear it just for the smell. But I'm didn't feel like I could see the dirt it had pulled out from my pores so I wasn't sure of it's effectiveness... maybe that's why I like black peel off masks better? I also didn't enjoy peeling it off as it was quite painful. However, my skin did feel noticeably softer after but not much else.

Not a huge fan.

I received this free to test from chick advisor and Neutrogena. I wasn't overly impressed with this mask. I followed the instructions and put a thin even layer and it still took forever to dry. Getting it off was slightly painful and eyewatering, but all peel off masks are so I can't hold that against the product. Overall it was okay and smelled nice, but took too long to dry.

It was ok

This was probably my least favourite product from this line, which I received in the product review club. While it is fun to apply and peel off, I don't feel like it actually did anything for my skin. This is also very messy from the packet and would be way better in a squeeze tube format.

Just ok

Peel off mask I use once a week. This one smells great but I have to apply a lot to peel it properly. The pack wasn't filled with a lot of product so it was a little difficult. Also the packaging is a little inconvenient.

Really messy to use

I originally thought this was a sheet mask, but it turned out to be a cream mask. It was very messy to use as I didn't have a spatula or anything. I tried to use a thin layer, but it was spread really unevenly with my fingers. If this product came in a jar with a spoon/spatula, I think I'd like it more. After it dries, it was fun/satisfying to peel!

Honestly this wasn’t the one.

I honestly didn’t notice any difference after using this face mask. Also, the mask did not peel, I had to wash it off with warm water. A little disappointed with this one.

I would not recommend this product only due to the fact that I have tried so many better face masks on the market.

It was okay

There is plenty of product to be able to do 2 mask once again like the clay mask which is great to get the most out of it. It dries up in the time given of about 10-15 mins and peels off effortlessly and painlessly however I don't feel as though it gave me a deep clean for my pores. I prefer the clay mask.
