I've had a free sample, it worked fine. I like to try different products once in awhile. Over all good product.

It is my favorite cleanser to use when I have no makeup.It has foaming formula.Just a couple drops works the wonders.As its very gentle I usually leave it on my face for couple minutes,let it do its job and then wash it.My skin feels clean and fresh afterwards.

I love this product. It's fabulous at cleaning my face, removing make-up and is so gentle that it doesn't dry out my skin or cause blemishes!

I acutally bought this product for my teenage daughters after finding it on sale. They really like it and don't get dry or flaky skin. This cleanser keeps their skin clear and free of blackheads without being drying or overly oily. It has a pleasant scent without being overpowering. They both really like this cleanser.

I've switched to this several months ago and haven't used another cleanser since! It is great for my sensitive combination skin.

I have a hard time finding gentle cleansers to commit to, but Neutrogena offers a few in their cleansing line that make it a little easier. This product goes on gentle, as promised, but I wonder if it does as much as some of the pricier cleanser. I don't feel that my skin is as fresh after washing it, but at least it's not irritated, red, itchy or dry. A good drug-store option if you need something cheaper, but there are better products out there. That being said,it's probably one of the better ones for the price.

I love most Neutrogena products, and the Ultra Gentle Daily Cleanser is no exception. I have been buying it for a couple of years and it is very effective for me and my family. It removes makeup and dirt well.

I have combination skin and am in my 30s. My teenage daughter has oily skin, and my pre-teen boys and husband just use it out of convenience. What I'm trying to say is we have several different skin types and it's effective for all of us. We have never experienced irritation or breakouts. Sure, like all cleansers you want to apply a light moisturizer afterward since it will dissolve most of your natural oils. To be honest, when my face is makeup and dirt-free, I usually just wash with warm water and no cleanser at all.

I actually love this stuff and I have very sensitive combination/oily skin. This does a fab job taking all of my makeup off (mascara too) without drying out my skin. It is one of my favourite cleansers and for the price and efficacy, it can't be beat. I got mine for free from the brand but it would be my first choice if I needed to purchase another cleanser.

I had the chance to try the NEUTROGENA® ULTRA GENTLE DAILY CLEANSER because I got a little sample a while ago.

This cleanser works like most of them, wet your face lather the product up in your hand and wash your face. There are no ups or downs for the preparation process. I used this cleanser over a period of approximately one week but right after the first test I felt that my skin did not enjoy this product very much. My skin felt very dry, tense and tight instead of the soft feeling I was expecting. Though it removes make up and grease from my skin, it left me with an uneasy feeling about the effects on my skin. I would classify my skin as normal and I believe people with an even more sensitive skin will have issues after using this product.

I would not recommend this product especially NOT to people with a very sensitive skin.
