umm maybe not

It feels exceptional after applying it on. But the downfall is that it doesn't keep the moisture well and ...it gets used up way too fast ! gone just like that

Doesn't moisturize my lips

I got Nivea essential lip balm (stick) for a really good price. But I found that there's too much wax in it to efficiently moisturize my lips. It doesn't glide on as smoothly as I'd like and it barely feels like there's any applied onto my lips after putting it on. I'm not a fan of the slight vanilla flavour but it also doesn't bother me. Would I buy it again? Probably not.

Great texture but tastes awful. Won't buy it again.

J'utilise normalement un autre lipsil de la gamme NIVEA mais il n'y en avait plus alors j'ai essayé celui-là. Bien que la texture soit correcte, j'ai vraiment été déçue du goût. J'ai essayé de m'y faire mais vraiment j'ai préféré le jeter et en acheter un différent.

Smooth Lips!

I'm a huge fan of Nivea products, so I thought I'd retire my good old Chapstick for a newer model. I was underwhelmed by this product - it goes on smoothly and it is very hydrating. However, I cannot stand the smell and taste. I'll probably not repurchase this one.

I have bought this in the hopes it would be a good product. In general I like Nivea products so decided to give this a try. What I dislike is it feels like it coats my lips in a waxy feel without doing much to the dry skin. It feels heavy and doesn't moisturize them hardly at all. :(

I have bought this lip balm before and don't think it suits my needs. I have very dry lips and often require a medicated lip balm and this balm is just meant for an average lip. That being said, i enjoy the light scent and how easy the balm glided on the lips. I found that you had to reapply often as it didnt last too long but it was pleasent to have on the lips. Not the right choice for me but i can see some people really lile this balm as an everyday product.

I am not of fan of wax based chap sticks so was dissapointed to find that the Nivea lip balm has a high wax content. While it did provide a barrier it wasn't really moisturizing and let m ops flaky.

Received through Chick Advisor. Not a big fan, felt like I had to continually put the lip balm on for it to feel like it was effective. Felt nice on, but only felt it lasted for 30 minutes +-.

I was able to try Nivea's new Essential Lip Balm, freebie from ChickAdvisor. I wasnt in love with this balm, but it does give you more coverage than alot of other balms out there. its creamy and really thick, which gives you good coverage. I wasnt crazy about the scent, or 'taste' as its plain and nothing added. Which would be ok for those who perfer that. It did help my lips from being so dry and they seemed to feel somewhat softer with continued use. I liked this product, just didnt love it. It was quite effective and I think it was my personal preference to the taste, that threw me off. Otherwise, it worked good. Will still recommend to friends/family.

Nivea needs to improve this one. It feels chalky and not creamy on the lips. My lips still felt dry after a week of using this. I handed it to my 4 yr old because it was so ineffective. This one is a fail. :(
