With the makeup removing wipes out there, why would anyone bother using a liquid and a cotton pad anymore? What a pain. My face feels a little greasy after using the product as well. Not impressed with this one.

Works to remove makeup but is extremely greasy. I like that it does not dry out my sensitive eye tissue.

Its not my favourite but its okay. It does its job but its really greasy. I'll probably wont buy it again.

It works. I just wish that Nivea did two things: STOP TESTING ON ANIMALS (they don't in Europe but still do in North America) and remove [certain ingredients of concern]. There is no need for them. Take them out and you would have a better product.

I feel kind of "meh" about this makeup remover. On the one hand it works well. It effectively removed my sometimes stubborn all-natural mascara. The downfall for me is that it is the type of makeup remover with oil that you have to shake up. I really, really, really don't like this type of makeup remover. I have tried Nivea's Gentle Makeup Remover (oil-free) and I prefer it over this one. The oil type always gives me blurry eyes and I hate the feeling of the oil sitting on my skin after using. I also find the oil-free type feels a little more cooling on my eyes which feels great after a long day. All-in-all if you don't have a hate on for this type of makeup remover you're gonna love it!!

It's an effective product, works well at removing stubborn waterproof mascara. I tried it with seceral different brands i have and wirks gteay even with the blackest colors. However having to use more than one makeup remover annoys me. I'd rather use an all in one and save on space and opening different bottles and whatnot.
Having said that I find it works very well and I would recommend for people not as 'lazy' about removing makeup as I am.

I have never used an eye makeup remover but I got to try this for free from chick advisor so I was happy to be able to try this. I was wearing waterproof mascara and some eyeshadow today and wanted to see how it did. Upon reading the bottle it said it was safe for contact wearers so I was encouraged it would be fine on my eyes. I applied it to the eyelids and it immediately removed my eyeshadow and then I used another one to try and remove my mascara, it wouldn't budge and the bottle claims it can remove waterproof eye makeup with no issue but I had to use a makeup wipe after and it removed it no issue and I didn't like how oily my eyes felt after I used it that I had to use another wipe to take the greasy feeling away.

I was given the opporunity to try this product for free but since it only arrived yesterday I can't really any review on it.
It seems to remove make-up well but I can't give an opinion on extended use over days of use.

I was super pumped to be able to product test this Nivea eye make-up remover and was looking forward to giving a great review because I love just about everything Nivea makes. Unfortunately, I cannot give this product a glowing review because it was an extremely uncomfortable night after trying it out. Please don't get me wrong the product works extremely well but, the aftermath is what I need to address here in my honest review. This product for me was not gentle as advertised. My eyes became swollen and sore even went blood shot. I was in pain all night had to even take pain killers to sleep. I also woke up the next morning with red puffy sore eyes. I cannot recommend this product and I will not be giving it a second chance trial either. Furthermore, I will not be replacing my current go to eye make-up remover with this product and I will not be purchasing this product. I told my best friend about the product and told her how well it actually worked plus my issues with it and she may decide to give it a try but I am not forcing the issue.

I received this product to test through the review club.
The Nivea make-up remover didn't work as well as I had hoped.
It was gentle enough to use around the eyes, and didn't leave my skin feeling oily like others tend to do.
It had a nice subtle scent, but I found it didn't remove my make-up very well.
I would have to rub fairly hard to get my mascara off, I found the cleansing wipes did a much better job of remover my make-up.

I feel that there are more natural ways that are cheaper and better to use.
