    Really does the job

Easy to use and head feels clean afterwards. Actually look forward to using this shampoo. What I like is that I can wash my hair in the sink by myself. Really makes washing your hair a pleasant chore.

    Extremely effective

Bought at digital microscope from Amazon to look at my hair about a year ago when I had a frontal hair transplant..

Well I've always had a little bit of dandruff but recently noticed some parts of my scalp were red, and noticed the places I had my hair transplant had more falling then it should.

So I took the microscope out and low and behold the dandruff was covering hair folical sites, making it so I they couldn't break through and making more hair fall.

So I used the nizoral 2% again then checked it after with the scop... AND HOLY SHIT... all the hair folical sites I wasn't seeing before suddenly appeared as they were covered up by stuck on dandruff on the scalp. Something I would never have noticed without the microscope.

I didn't realize how well this stuff works, and it looks like my scalp was probably a little bit infected before hand, so I'll be using this at least 3 times a week to keep these sites clean and let the hair grow back out.

Honestly before I thought maybe it was causing hair fall because it was too harsh, but now I know it was most likely the folicals blocked up with dandruff.

    Postpartum Dandruff no more!

Almost immediately after my daughter was born I started suffering from a horribly dry and itchy scalp. I’ve never had such bad dandruff in my life, it was everywhere and I was super self conscious. Nizoral cleared it up within a couple washes! I was blown away. Do invest in a good conditioner though as I found it was very drying for my ends. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is because I do find it to be a bit pricey for such a small bottle.

    Alternative Use

I don’t have dandruff but instead I use this shampoo for those tiny acne bumps on my forehead. Game. Changer. Works like a charm and the only effective solution for me. I researched the bumps and it turns out they’re caused by a fungus that this shampoo tackles. I put it on like a mask and wash it off. Two or three uses and the bumps are gone

I can’t remember wash my hair without it

I’ve been told by many hairdressers that I have dandruff, well else is new right? But at one point I also had cradle cap at 17 so not as common. One of my hairdressers suggested I try this stuff and omg it makes such a difference. My head no longer itches as much and I have less flaking. I’m hoping as I continue to use it, I’ll be dandruff free and itch free.

    Smells ok and works

I’ve had a flaky, itchy scalp for a while and t-gel wasn’t working. I tried this and felt nearly instant relief. The smell wasn’t offensive or overwhelming.

    Best dandruff treatment

I have been having dandruff problems for many years now and I have tried many products to get rid of it. A friend recommended Nizoral shampoo to me and I said I will give a try. I can say it works great as I have noticed an improvement from the first time I have used it. At first I used it 2 times per week, leaving it in for 5-6 minutes before cleansing my hair. Now I use it only 1 time a week. It did the job and helped me get rid of the dandruff problem I had.

    How is this not #1?

I have tried many things to treat dandruff in my hair. Let me tell you, this is the only thing that has worked! I also had dandruff on my face which this took complete care of. I recommend to use it every day for a week and then once a week for a month. I leave it on for about 5 minutes and then wash it off. It is also great for tinea versicolor caused by malassezia yeast. I made the mistake of trying to combat dandruff with oils which only makes it worse because the fungus likes oil!
