Love the fine noodles they make now

I noticed the Fine noodles recently at the grocery store and wanted to give them a try. I used to buy the broader egg noodles in this brand years ago and then lost my taste for them. I'm so glad I gave the fine ones a try because they cook fast and satisfy a craving for pasta without feeling like you've eaten a heavy meal afterwards. I think they'll be great in soup as well. I'll be getting more of these as a pantry staple specifically in the fine variety which are like matchstick size rather than the larger broad wavy noodles.

I buy No Yolks thin egg noodles to use when I make Chicken noodle soup. They cook really quickly when you are heating up the broth on the stove and taste great.
