Simple Setup, Noticeable Results

Just started using the NOMA 50 Pint Dehumidifier and so far, it's been great. It's easy to set up, the controls are straightforward, and I love the large LED screen. The water tank is a good size and easy to empty, and the wheels make it simple to move around. It’s also quieter than I expected. I can’t speak to its longevity yet, but it definitely makes the space feel more comfortable and less damp.

This 50 Pint Dehumidifier is a white, sleek powerhouse to reduce mold, mildew + bacteria in your home. It’s something I never dreamed of owning but now I’ll NEVER go back :) it reduces air moisture and is perfect for our bathroom, crawl space and basement suite! It fits in the smallest of spaces but also looks cute and modern. My favorite features are the rotatable wheels for easy portability. It is environmentally friendly, energy star certified, and has a large LED screen and easy to maneuver buttons. The big 8.8 L water tank is perfect for medium sized rooms and it will never overflow due to an automatic turn off ! Yay ! Another feature I love is the whisper fan technology which is quiet on both low and high speeds.
I’m so impressed with this new addition… healthier, breathable air = happier home :) highly recommended!

The humidity Factor

So very easy to set up and start using. I truly appreciate not just the led screen as well as the 8 L water tank, the fact it is portable is extremely helpful. While I may want to use this in a particular area of our home being able to easily change rooms makes this so convenient. Plus this isn’t like the ones our parents own, this sleek model looks great in your home as well

Great for multi use

I air-dry my clothes so this is definitely handy! And we have a musky basement and this is something we need to make sure we are reducing the moist in the air! It's perfect for the upcoming warm weather ! I love that there's wheels as well so it's easily portable.

Alright, here's the NOMA 50 Pint Dehumidifier from @canadiantire that I got for our basement. We get really bad humdity.

It's not super loud, It's nice to see the different humidity levels that you want to have.
It does have a fairly large holder right there, so you can just empty that when it's full.

Love the product!

Excellent product especially when you’re a new mama! It’s nice to have control over the humidity in your home! Love how user friendly the design is and also love how portable it is! The screen is large and overall a good product - even in terms of safety as it shuts off on its own when there is a malfunction! I do recommend this!

A must have dehumidifier for any home!

I got to try Canadian Tire’s Noma Dehumidifier for free this past week in exchange for an honest review. The packaging for this dehumidifier was great, it was well sealed and protected to avoid any scratches or damages. Yet it was easy to remove, and easy installation (it only needed to be plugged in). I have been quite pleased with using this the last few days, I have noticed that it is very easy to use. The last few days I have marveled at all the water it gathered. We kept it downstairs, and it makes a little noise when you turn it on. But once you walk away, the noise becomes less and less, even upstairs in our living room we never heard it. One thing i noticed that I found very helpful is when it is full of water and you remove the attachment to get rid of the water, it has a handle that I can use to make it easy to carry and dispose of the water. It even has an option if I want to attach it to a hose if I want to drain and use the water another way. I like that I can adjust the settings to my liking, where I can set it with manual setting, or be on a continuous cycle, or just auto dry. I can even change the humidity range. I happy with the results of this dehumidifier and am continuing to use it.

Nice unit!

I find that the dehumidifier is very easy to understand and program. The display is well lit and straightforward. It is very user-friendly with basically a plug and use aspect (although, you do have to let the device sit for 24 hours before you can actually use it). It isn't too big of a unit and looks pretty inconspicuous, which is nice!

I have the dehumidifier placed near the basement, somewhat in the middle of my house in hopes that it will draw out the dampness from the basement and the humidity from the upper levels. It is pretty quiet on the low setting and far enough away that I can barely hear it. It has been pulling out moisture from the air already, which is nice to see.

I am a bit anxious about this specific unit as there were a lot of complaints that it stopped working after one year, just passed the warranty limit. I was happt to see that they have increased the warranty limit to two years. I *hope* NOMA has rectified the issue because one of my major issues is waste, especially of small appliances like this one. I will update my post if I run into any issues with this dehumidifier.

I am curious to see if having the dehumidifier running will lower my need to use the air conditioner during those humid summer days/nights! 🤞🏻

Great size for my basement

The size of this dehumidifier is great for my small basement.

Every year my basement floods but I will be fixing my foundation issues this year plus adding this dehumidifier along with the construction it will help prevent any mold growth and to benefit my growing family!
