My eczema prone skin loves this as well

For days when my eczema prone skin feels really dry, I use this in the shower. Be careful though, the bathtub/floor can be slippery (duh!) and hard to clean. But, it does help my skin feel much softer. Another must have for me.

I generally use coconut oil for my hair and I apply this at least 24 hours prior to washing my hair and once washed, my hair immediately feels really soft when it dries. I sometimes use this on my skin depending on the cold temperatures to keep my skin feeling silky smooth. I am a big fan of this Nutiva MCT coconut oil. It is very good quality. It is useful for my Keto lifestyle. You can get it at Costco which is always a big bonus. It tastes good and can be added to coffee, or a salad, or whatever you like really. I like the fact that it’s organic.

I’ve used 4 kinds of coconut oil and this is the best I’ve found. It’s a bit pricey but you can taste why. Don’t cheap out and get the no name or overseas brands because they are horrible. Love it!

I have coconut oil every morning

I use coconut oil every morning in my coffee as a dairy subsititute to make my coffee creamy. Just had a bit of coconut oil with some vanilla and cinnamon in my travel mug, pour my coffee in, shake and enjoy!
I also use it for cooking often as well
