When I first started to take the vitamins, it seems like I could see a positive change in my hair and nails. But after a while, my nails began to break again and my hair did not seem more hydrated than before, so I stopped using it.

Very expensive in the long term but not worth it for me.

I am always sceptical about those products, but this one is not a joke...it really worked on me!! I took 2 pills a day with food for 3 months and my hair grew a couple of inches and my nails are in the shape of their life. Yes you need to take it for 2 to 3 months to see results but it's worth the wait.

Decided to try this product in hopes that i would have better hair for my wedding. I have very thin and fine hair. Within weeks of using this product my hair is fuller thicker and healthier and falls out much less Im so happy with the results.
