You need this Jelly!

I’m in love with this priming jelly! It’s super smooth and ultra hydrating and leaves your skin feeling prepped and ready for your makeup application! It also blurs your fine lines and pores to make your skin appear smoother.

As a makeup artist, I cannot tell you how much difference a prime can make and this one totally does it for me!

Very hydrating primer

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion from Chick Advisor. At first the primer seemed a little odd because it is truly a jelly, but once applying it was nice how it was very hydrating. You do not need to have a moisturizer on under the primer. It was very light and breathable as well. I did find that this primer did help with making the makeup last longer, however it did not allow things to go on as smooth as other primers, but this may be because it was so breathable and light. It was a happy medium when not going for a heavy makeup look.

Love the hydrating jelly primer

I tried out the jelly primer on half of my face and left the other half without anything. I then applied the tinted veil and it's amazing how I could instantly see how moisturized my face was on the side with the primer.
By the end of the day, the side with the primer still looked great and hydrated, while the side without it definitely didn't.
Love using this! It will be even more perfect for the coming cold/dry weather!

J'ai essayé la base hydrante. J'ai trouvé le fini collant lors de l'application, je vois un peu de différence pour égaliser le fond de teint. Je trouve qu'on voit encore mes pores malgré le fond de teint et la base. J'ai déja utiliser la base de mary kay et j'étais plus satisaite

Long lasting

I got the product for free! This was definitely my first experience with a jelly primer, I was very impressed with how long it kept make up put. I love that you can tip the container and it won’t flow out everywhere, And the container itself is super nice because you will actually be able to get out every last “drop”. Also, it barely has a smell to it, too, which is nice as it will suit everyone’s needs.
However, for my personal liking it is a bit difficult to get some out and it did leave a bit of a sticky residue until it fully set in my skin, I don’t like feeling anything on my skin. I was also slightly disappointed that it didn’t give my face a nice smooth look, I don’t typically wear makeup so having a primer that smoothed out skin and hides the look of my pores is a huge bonus.

I would definitely still recommend this to people who are more “seasoned” with make up though as it really does have a lasting effect for makeup hold.

Nice primer

I received this complimentary from ChickAdvisor as part of the NYX Bare With Me Product Review Club. I love the brand NYX as their products are great and at a good price. I am not much of a primer user but it was interesting using this because it is a gel. I thought that it was very hydrating and lightweight. Felt nice on my skin as it gives a slight cooling effect. My pores didn't disappear but its less noticeable. I have combo skin (oily t-zone, dry around the cheeks) but I think this is best for dry skin. Its a jelly so with oily skin, the foundation might slide a bit. My foundation didn't separate or move when I used this. Not much of a scent.

Cons for this product would have to be the price. I think its $22 so it more on the pricey side. Also not a lot of product for that price. However, you don't need to use a lot.

💖 Bare with me primer

The Nyx bare with me hydrating jelly primer is the one primer that I used that comes in a jar but that doesn't make it less or affect its effectiveness, definitely getting a new one.
