Low Cal Flavour boost

As a diabetic sometimes a small calorie boost is just what I need! The added benefit of the vitamin content of these drinks is a definite plus. Nice to find a flavoured water alternative while still being somewhat healthy. My favourite is the Mango combination.

Ocean Spring Pact Water comes in three different flavors. Cranberry Mango Passionfruit, Cranberry Pomegranate and Cranberry Raspberry. The only one I wasn't crazy about was the Cranberry Mango Passionfruit but that's just because I don't like mango flavored drinks which is strange since mango is one of my favorite fruits.my favorite is the cranberry raspberry.

I love the Ocean Spray Pact Waters just because they are not as boring as water, yet not as sweet as juice. It is sweetened with Erythritol which is not for everyone but since my husband is diabetic I'm used to diet drinks and have become used to artificial sweeteners. For someone that is looking for a low calorie drink this is great cause theres only 10 calories in the entire 473 ml bottle.

On the bottle it's written they use 50 cranberries per bottle, it's Non-GMO and that there's no color added. All color comes straight from the cranberries. That being said the cost is over 2$ a bottle. I wish it was a little less expensive but I will still continue to buy this because I enjoy it and it's still a healthier alternative to most other drinks out there.
