Happy with this product so far . Was hesitant at the beginning but it's been actually a nice surprise will make this part of my routine and my partners.

Slept very well

I’ve never tried Magnesium for sleep before and was pleasantly surprised that it did help me fall asleep faster. I have trouble shutting off my brain at night and this product helped do this. I’ve been drifting off faster and sleeping better throughout the night. I’m going to continue to use this product.

A great sleep support product!

I tried the magnesium sleep support with gaba and melatonin. It helped me to relax, calm my stress and anxiety at night and helped me fall asleep sooner. Also they are vegetarian capsules so also a bonus for me. Definitely recommend if you have trouble falling asleep. Thank you for the opportunity.

Need sleep!

I've been using this product for about a week, and I do notice a slight difference in my sleep. I've been sleeping a little better than before, can't complain! I will continue to use it as many products do not help as much as this one.

A magnesium supplement that truly helps me rest

There are not many magnesium supplements that provide me with the rest I need. I found this to really help. I would take it within an hour or bedtime and found myself able to relax and get to sleep well.

Great addition to my routine

I have been using these for around 2-3 weeks and I feel really good. I regret not trying them sooner. Looking forward to keeping this as part of my routine.

Both me and my son started using these nightly. Helped quality of sleep alot and loved that there are other vitamins other than just the melatonin in it so it's a one step and done , where as before we were taking a few different one at night to get the same outcome as 2 of these pills.

So first off I would like to say thank you to @thisisbutterly @orangenaturales and @chickadvisor.

In regards to this product ir was hard for me to say if it really works or not. I have never taken anything for sleep support before so I was nervous about trying this. I did take it a few days in a row and noticed I was waking up a bit easier. This is supposed to reset your sleep patterns and make you feel more relaxed at night and awake in the morning. Just like any medicine, everyone's body works different and reacts differently. I would suggest this to anyone who may need better sleep support .

Restful night sleep

I received the magnesium support supplement for free in exchange for my personal experience. I found that after taking just one of the supplement pills, I was able to fall asleep quick and get a restful full's night sleep. In the event of needing to wake up to use the washroom, there was no trouble in quickly falling back asleep. The magnesium portion also helped greatly with preventing leg cramps and restless leg syndrome. The mix of magnesium and melatonin is an excellent combination, without a need of taking it habitually.
