so I have been diagnosed with generalized anxiety about 3 years ago and I have tried a bunch of supplements to help with my stress and sleep. this product is one of the only neural products I have tried that actually helps me sleep. love it

Peaceful at Last

This has really helped to get me a better night sleep. I'm used to staying up tossing and turning or thinking of everything I didn't get done during the day. This has finally helped me to turn my brain off to get a more relaxing and peaceful sleep.

The product was alright. I am always skeptical taking something which is related to my sleep. I didnt want to be dependent on the substance. However, I do see some positive results.

Should of bought this a longtime ago
