I often struggle to get to sleep at night so my doctor recommended that I start taking a magnesium supplement. This did the trick and I absolutely will be purchasing when my bottle runs out. Totally recommend this!!

Great product to help with sleep as well as leg cramps! My husband gets leg cramps quite often and this has helped to calm them. Love that there’s also melatonin in the easy to swallow capsules. So helpful with daily useage

Great size of jar and easy to open the bottle.nice size pill and easy to swallow. Not a bad taste at all and very much efficiency. Was never any loose stool, easy pm the stomach with daily taken.

Thank you @thisisbutterly and @chickadvisor for allowing me to try @orangenaturals Magnesium Sleep Aid! Caveat: I did not try them as I was terrified just by the size of the pills. I am not good at taking pills so if you are like me, these are not for you.
That being said, my 17 year old son who plays rep hockey saw these sitting in the counter right after I opened them and asked if he can try them, of course I said yes! Playing hockey 6 days a week is hard on his body and muscle aches, pains and cramping is a common occurrence. He also plays late at night and comes home high on adrenaline making it very hard for him to fall asleep. He has been taking these for a couple weeks now and says he feels great. His muscles have been less achey, the muscle cramps are few and far between and the best part, he sleeps like a baby. He will take 1-2 pills when he gets home, does his usual nighttime routine and when he is ready for bed, he can just hop in and quickly fall asleep. I have noticed a huge change in him since taking them. The typical 17 year old grumpiness is far less, I won’t say gone, but I will still take it as a win! He is much more alert both on and off the ice. He is also more active on the ice because he is not as sore. I will absolutely continue to use this product even after the sample is gone.

Great for those hard to get the kids in bed nights

We love natural sleep aids and usually go with melatonin but this was a great alternative option. We haven't had much time to test this out yet but with school starting back up it's probably going to be used to help us get back in our routine.

I've tried other sleep support products and maybe it's the blend of magnesium and melatonin with the GABA but our child not only gets to sleep easier with these, but sleeps better! I'm so happy we found these!

Perfect for when you have trouble sleeping

So I wanted to try this product out much longer than just two days, to see how well it really worked. I have trouble falling asleep at night and I wake up often throughout. Since I have been taking these I fall asleep much quicker and stay asleep. Sometimes my dreams have been a little crazy but it’s well worth it because I still wake up the next morning well rested. I usually would take 5mg of melatonin but I always would wake up and feel so groggy that it was hard to get up and get moving. These don’t do that to me!!!
