I didn't know I needed this

Honestly, I didn't think this would change my sleeping habits. I usually struggle falling asleep, even if I'm always beyond tired. Well this just gives that extra boost to get me sleeping a bit more. I do NOT regret these vitamins and will definitely be investing in more.
For what I need, it's great!

The capsules are a little bit on the bigger side and they are clear. I only took one capsule at night and I felt sleepy within the next hour. Because it has melatonin in it, I didn't want my body to start relying on it so I only took it on the nights I had trouble falling asleep.

I really liked this product. It’s natural. Which makes me feel better about taking it. It helped me fall asleep better and stay asleep, which is tough for me.

Sleepy time

I got to try the Magnesium Sleep Support. I did notice myself sleep a bit more but need to continue to take it daily. It did have a slight affect on my bowels but I got used to that. I would recommend this product as I have seen some results.

This stuff really works!

I am a horrible sleeper. It takes me forever to fall asleep, and when I finally do, it's not for long. My brain seems to go a mile a minute, so when I saw that I had the chance to try this for free, I jumped at it. I was a bit skeptical at first because I have tried other melatonin and magnesium products before and they either don't work or give me bathroom issues, but this stuff worked great and no bowel issues, which is definitely a perk. Magnesium sleep support

I was happy to try this sleep support, I am a very light sleeper and don't feel rested more mornings.
I took it the first night and was able to fall asleep right away I don't usually have an issue with falling asleep its usually staying asleep. The first week of taking this I slept all night without getting up to pee. That is what seems to wake me up more nights.
So I am very happy with the sleep support it working very well for me.
I didn't feel drowsy or groggy at all.
I will buy more after I run out for sure

I’ve never tried magnesium for sleep and was pleasantly surprised how it helped me to fall asleep and stay asleep. The capsules didn’t leave an after taste which is a benefit and they were easy to take.
