My boyfriend and I have been trying to eat a more plant based diet.
We saw this pasta substitute at Costco and decided to give it a shot.
The noodles cook super quick, 4-5 minutes. The are high in protein
but they still have a high caloric value. The noodles are a little heavy
but I did enjoy the flavour.
