I will recommend this with some reservations. It is a good option for those who have multiple food allergies, as it does not require milk nor eggs to bake. It is versatile and can be used as a replacement for recipes that require flour as a thickener. However, do not expect this to turn out just like wheat bread. It bakes very densely without rising with a bland taste to it. It will not brown or caramelize. If you keep those in mind and are okay with it, this is decent. Pricey, but that is to be expected from gluten free products.
