PanOxyl PM Overnight Spot Patches are easy to use and is effective. I like that there are 2 sizes of patches and the clear design makes it discreet on the skin. The adhesive was good as the patch stayed on overnight. The patches help flatten pimples and reduce redness overnight.

I found the PanOxyl Overnight Spot Patches really helpful for reducing surface pimples overnight. They absorb gunk well, stay on through the night, and stop me from picking. They’re affordable and barely noticeable on the skin. I just wish they worked better on deeper pimples and came in more sizes.

These Stayed On All Night and Shrunk My Pimple

I’m impressed - I put one on before bed and by morning, my pimple looked smaller and less red. They stick really well through the night and feel super lightweight, almost like you’re not wearing anything. I love that they help stop me from picking, and they definitely speed up healing.
