Toujours aussi impressionnée par les patchs de PanOxyl !
J’adore la grande majorité de leurs produits, et ces patchs ne font pas exception. Ils sont vraiment efficaces : appliqués sur un bouton, ils aident à le réduire visiblement en peu de temps. Bien qu’ils soient conçus pour la nuit, je les utilise aussi de jour sans problème — ils sont très discrets et se fondent bien sur la peau. Un excellent allié pour dire bye bye aux imperfections et bonjour à une belle peau !

Excellent for surface breakouts

The PanOxyl Overnight Spot Patches are impressively simple and effective—especially for surface-level breakouts. I applied them at night after thoroughly cleansing my face and stuck a patch over an active pimple. By the next morning, the swelling had significantly reduced—almost completely flattened. It also seemed to stop the breakout from getting worse, which was a huge relief.
Odd as it may sound, it's incredibly satisfying to see the gunk the patch pulls out—it gives a sense of progress and reassurance that it’s actually working. I genuinely felt good using them.
These patches are also great for daytime wear. They're thin, transparent, and barely noticeable from a distance. The adhesive keeps them securely in place, and a bonus benefit is that they act as a protective barrier under makeup. This not only helps prevent irritation from cosmetics but also reduces the urge to touch or pick at your skin during the day.
They’re gentle, non-irritating, and skin-friendly, making them a solid choice for anyone dealing with occasional surface pimples.

The downside is it didn’t do much for older or deeper breakouts (like cystic acne), so if that’s your concern, you might need something stronger or more targeted.

Annoying but effective

Hard to open the packaging, didn’t stay on the backing, had to use a bigger one due to this since it was already bent—but after 8 hours it worked and flattened the pimple. Annoying but effective!

Good but not great

I wanted to love these but unfortunately I didn’t. Unless you use two or pop the pimple beforehand, one patch won’t suffice. Which kind is sad because they will only work that way to fully remove the whitehead but it would be more expensive in the end

Great for overnight treatment

As someone who doesn’t like to wear pimple patches during the day at work this is a great alternative!! It’s a great product for anyone suffering from breakouts! Loved this product and definitely buying as a go too for those break outs

Really obsessed with it

It works! Zapped the zit

This product absolutely works at pulling out any gunk under or at the skin due to zits! Such a great way to also keep dirt and other bacteria off overnight, treating the zit while sleeping!


I have a latex allergy and something in this caused me to react - but it still quickly got rid of the troublesome zits !!

Could be better

I used the PanOxyl PM Overnight Spot Patches , on my active acne on my face over night peeling them off it tricky as some of them would fold on the edges. It was matte color so wearing outside would not be ideal. But wearing it to bed is fine it stays on all night. When I woke up and peeled it the acne spot relatively looked the same and found i had to use it again the next night to try and minimize it. Over all I think it could use some work in making it better.

It didn’t work for me

I am a big user of pimple patches but this one sadly didn’t work for me. I’m not sure why, but the acne patch burned my skin and made my pimple are hurt. I use the panoxyl face wash every week as well, so it may have been overkill. Just something to think about if you want to try it out.

Didn't do the job...

I tried it several times on different pimples, one beneath the skin and one on the surface. Did one overnight test and one during the day. Both had the sam results, didn't help and the pimple stayed for like a week.
