I Have colored hair and find that many products don't fit what I need for my hair, and was very hopeful this New Shake Conditioner would do wonders for my hair. I used each before straightening my hair which I do 2x daily (giggle) Yes I'm obsessed with my hair being straight. One of my many quirks.
I did not particularly like the smell, which usually Pantene has. It left my hair heavy and feeling just dirty. Now I can;t be sure if again thats because I have colored hair and its very finicky, But I could feel the stickiness and I really was not pleased with it.

Would I buy it? Not a Chance. Love Pantene but this Product is Not a Good Fit with my Hair.

I don't usually buy leave-in conditioners of any sort because my hair is fine enough as is it that I don't want to weigh it down with more product, but I gave this a try. I must say that I do like the fact that this is a 2-in-1 product, leave-in conditioning spray and heat protectant. The packaging too was nice and sturdy, and it wasn't awkward to spritz the product into my hair. Sometimes spritz bottles are too heavy or awkwardly shaped making it difficult to dispense the product, but this was one good.
However, before I even sprayed this on my hair, I unscrewed the lid and smelt the product and there was a definite scent of rubbing alcohol. Low and behold, the second ingredient listed is "alcohol denat." I have tried other hair products in the past with alcohol listed in the ingredients and those products always dry out my hair. This one was no exception. After spraying this on my hair followed by a blow-dry, my hair felt dry and straw-like. The moisture that was added to my hair from the awesome shampoo and conditioner from the pantene pro-v aqua light line was affected with this spray. I have tried this spray along with a different shampoo and conditioner combination and it still left my hair feeling dry.
I would not recommend this to people, especially not to people with fine hair. I will not repurchase

Of the three products in this line, I found this to be the least effective. I am not a fan of products that you have to shake to blend, because they always seem to separate before I can spray them on my hair. This definitely did have an issue with that (I recommend shaking very vigorously and spraying very quickly). Other than that, it just seemed to do very little for my hair.

I can't recommend it.

I was lucky enough to be chosen to try this product overall its an okay heat protectant i still found i needed another product to get out all my tangles, If your hair is fine i think you will love this product it does not weigh your hair down

The few times I have used this product I have liked it but also have not noticed much of a difference from similar products that I use. The smell did not seem obvious if there is one at all. Would I recommend it to a friend sure if it was in conjunction with other aqua light products

I think is is a good product that protects your hair from the heat and doesn't weigh it down. I'm not too sure on the conditioning aspect though.

I like that this product doesn't weigh down my fine hair or make it greasy faster. Quite honestly, I think it is very similar to other products out there already and is nothing too special. I would still recommend this product to others especially since I love their shampoo and conditioner.

I got this item through the review club! I always use a spray on my hair before I blow dry. I liked the smell, but it didn't make my hair feel softer, like my Schwarzkopf spray does. However the price is better than my regular brand.

It left my hair feeling great, it was light, as promised. I had to use a little more than normal, because the coverage wasn't great, but overall I was happy with the results

I received this product for free through ChickAdvisor to review. I have to say first off that I usually use Pantene shampoo, but I don't normally use heat on my hair so this didn't have much value for me. I did find that it had a very heavy alcohol smell to it which was a turn off for me.

After washing my hair with both the shampoo and condition I towel dried my hair a little. I left my hair damp as the product states in directions and sprayed my hair a few times. I also focused on spraying my ends a little more than the rest of my hair. I found this product had an overpowering scent of alcohol which faded after a few minutes and the light fresher scent came through. I let my hair air dry and found it left my hair slightly dried out and extremely frizzy.....like bigger than a frizz ball. I don't think I will be buying this product in the future.

Overall the shampoo and the spray are not a hit in the ballpark for me, I will buy the conditioner again and use it with another source of Pantene.

I really didn't like the Pantene Pro-V Aqua Light Conditioning Shake. It didn't seem to moisturize my hair or protect it from heat styling. It didn;t seem to do anything other than make my hair look really dirty and flat. I tried it several times, using different amounts of product but it just didn't work, no matter what I did I ended up with hair that look really greasy and dirty- right after having washed and dried it. This product is a waste of time and I wouldn't recommend it.
