When I used this I found it really terrible. It is much too thick and hard to clean baby's area because it cakes on so hard when I tried to clean and I really had to rub. I shouldn't have bought a product that is that abrasive A cream is supposed to be a barrier yes, but should easily be wiped off between changes to keep baby clean. I hated this stuff.

This product has both pros and cons. I like the fact it is medicated and my daughters rash was gone within a couple days. But the tin it comes in seems like it doesn't close all the way. The paste is thick and doesn't spread easily.

J'ai beaucoup aimé cette crème pour les petites fasses de ma fille. Elle fonctionne bien mais elle est plutôt difficile à enlever lors des changements de couche.

I do think that this cream works, what I don't like about it is that its so hard to spread / remove. Once its on the bum its there. And if you are changing a diaper before it is absorbed then good luck getting it off -multiple hard wipes. I have a tub I was given as a gift over a year ago and I rarely use it when baby has a rash. I would rather use Vaseline, or hydro emulsifying ointment. I would not buy this cream for myself.

I have a 3 year old son who doesn't need this cream anymore, however this cream was a lifesaver when he was a baby.

I tried my best to ensure my son didn't get any baby rashes of any sort, but we all know you cannot stop the inevitable. He went through a few weeks of extreme constipation (sorry if it is too much information) and he started getting redness down there. Of course, he was already going through such a miserable time and the soreness of his skin was not helping! I was recommended this product by a fellow new mom and I loved it! His skin started looking much better after only a few uses. I definitely will be prepared whenever baby number 2 comes.

Truly the best diaper cream I have ever used. Almost always clears up any rash in one use and only a small amount is needed. It has a light scent and the packaging is cute.

I dislike this product very much. It's a pain to get out of the tin package and is hard to smooth on to the babies bum. It was not effective for us at all.

That actually the only créaM that have really work with m'y 2 kids and as what m'y moment Todd me that Was also the créaM She use for me.when i Was à Child so for me this créaM is the best one

I stopped using this cream because I couldn't stand the little tin that it came it. It was hard to open with one hand (my other hand was on a squirmy baby), and I found it way to sticky. I went back to my go to after trying this (because I had heard good things).
