this was my first day cream because of mom, she used this daily and in turn I did and do aswell!
it moisturizes well, and leaves my skin feeling soft, in fact I find myself using it all over my body!

Although this cream is meant for the face, I've only used it on my body and I absolutely love it! Since my face can be oily, I find it too thick and emollient for that area, but my arms and legs can get pretty dry so the texture and consistency is perfect for quenching and hydrating my skin. It takes a while to absorb but it doesn't feel greasy. After just one use, my skin felt baby soft and smooth. The feeling of moisturized skin lasts the entire day and I don't feel the need to reapply. The lotion does have a moderate perfume scent, which in my opinion is too strong for the face but perfect for the rest of your body. My mom has used this lotion on her face for many years and has always been her favourite. She has very dry skin and only trusts this brand to moisturize it well. Quite affordable and sometimes available in value packs!

I like this moisturizer but I do not love it. This was the first moisturizer I bought myself and picked out myself and it is a great cream but not for day to day use. If you have dry skin this cream is amzing but I tend to only use it when I am travelling or off work. It is very thick and a bit oily and greasey. I cannot apply it under my make-up and for this reason I will only apply it at night and since I cannot use it under my make-up I tend to only use it when travelling (ie family skiing vacca where even when I did not ski the time outside in the cold dried my face out, or when on the road for work, 8 to 16 hours a day in a car with sc or heat blowing on me dries out the skin).

For me the major down side is the fact I cannot wear it under my make-up so when I do take this with me I have to pack 2 different products, for this reason more and more lately I leave this behind and just make sure it use it when I return, my first weekend home Friday night I apply and than again twice on Saturday once when I get up and once before bed. Since I have just returned from being away I know i wont be leaving the house and will not need to apply make-up.

It works really well on dry skin but would not suggest as a fdaily cream as it is too heavy and greasy. For use when needed only. As well for this reason I may also not replace when my current tub is done.

Packaging. 190 ml in a jar. I always love products in a jar. It is eco-friendly because you can use it to the last drop compared to the squeeze bottle which there is always left over.
The cute jars too can be re-use. I re-use them as ring keeper, earrings, bracelets. I also put some cotton balls in it.
Or cute enough to organize beads and other trinklets.

Texture: just right, it feels thick, but not so. spreads evenly. mild scent too, which I ove.

I don't really have a dry skin, I have normal to oily. However, I have this habit of using face mask, then scrub my face, over and over again. As a result, I would end up having a dry face for the day.

This Ponds Dry skin Cream rescue me from eternal flakes of skin. It does wonders, and restore whatever oil I washed up. For the whole day, it does the magic.

Definitely A plus.

My mom used this product when I was a teenager and it's the only moisturizer I have used. I think it's great for the price. My face always feels dry and tight after washing it, but this moisturizer really helps - especially during the winter months. It is a bit oily, so I avoid applying it to my T-zone. If you have oily skin, it may not be the best for you or perhaps you could apply a small amount.

At various times throughout the year I suffer from extremely dry skin. I have found that Pond's Dry Skin Cream to be very effective at helping to control the dryness. It is gentle enough to use on my children's face as well. It is extremely hydrating!! I would highly recommend it to all dry skin sufferers!!

I would recommend this cream for people with extremely dry skin or to use at night only. I've use a lot of acne products and medications that made my skin tight and dry and this really helped and didn't irritate my skin.

Pros:
- I like the thickness, it's a lot creamier then a regular moisturizer
- makes your skin really soft and helps even out dry patches
- I really like it as a night cream becasue it is pretty heavy feeling but my skin feels great in the morning
- smells good too

Cons:
- is it very thick so I don't like it wear it during the day, it feels oily and gross under makeup

I love Pond's dry skin cream. This product makes your face very smooth and soft. I use it when I get out of the shower after I use a face scrub, like, St. Ives apricot scrub. My husband uses it as well when he gets out of the shower. He loves the way his face feels after he shaves and uses it. I highly recommend this to anyone who had dry itchy skin. I have very dry skin and when i put make-up on it looks flaky. when I use this product before putting make-up on it goes on smooth and makes my face look flawless.

Even though my face is dry, I'm acne prone so I knew better than to use on my face... so I used this as a hand cream and thought it would moisturize my dry hands well. It did a good job for that, but it felt greasy and was slow at absorbing. I didn't like the icky feeling, and I wanted to wash it off. An hour later, my hands had a rash and itched horribly. I don't like the container either; I prefer pumps- more hygienic. This may be good for some people, but I know it's not for me.

On the eve of my 22 birthday, I decided to get a "grown up" moisturizer (i.e.: not clean and clear or clearasil). This creme is very effective for dry skin, but (should I be surprised?) it made me break out. I guess I'm just not ready yet.
