Shreddies cereal is another cereal that I don’t mind buying for my family. Shreddies gives you the delicious goodness of 100% whole grain wheat that’s apart of a healthy diet. A one cup (50 g) serving of Post Shreddies provides a high source of fibre. I find it has a touch of sweetness although it isn’t full of sugar. It’s available in Canada in 550g. 725g and 1.24kg size boxes, so depending on how much you like it or how big your family is there’s a size for you. Shreddies can also be used in recipes such as home made bits & bites. We love Post Shreddies in our home and if you give them a try I’m sure you will to.
