Great

With most protein bars you can usually taste an unpleasant aftertaste but there is surprising no bad aftertaste. Maybe that's because this is a protein energy bar, I don't know. Like most protein and energy bars, this is quite sweet. But the taste is great and the macros aren't bad.

A nice crunch but a bit too sweet

Overall, I enjoyed this protein bar. It had a nice french vanilla coating but I don't recommend it if you don't like very sweet things. It is very light and airy (due to being a wafer type of bar) which can be a bad thing as it isn't very durable (gets crushed/breaks easily). When it breaks, it crumbles all over the place and can become a bit of a mess. But one nice thing about being a wafer is the bar can actually be split into its different layers so there's a bit "more" to eat. Macro-wise, it's great if you're looking for a higher fat lower carb bar with 13g fat, 13g protein, and 8g carbs. It's also nice having a bar lower in protein if you have other protein sources.
