Delicious!

I received a few plant protein powerbars from ChickAdvisor to try out. I have to say that out of the three flavours that I was gifted with, this was definitely my favourite! It is a bar that is very generous with the amount of almonds and the combination of flavours and textures in the bar also worked very well together. I really appreciate that the source of protein is from plants and nuts and that there are no artificial flavours, colours or sweeteners. I've been having a bar after my gym sessions. After I finish up these bars, I will probably grab a variety pack from my local Costco! #gotitfree #chickadvisor

Not that great to be honest

The only thing I really like about it is the amount of protein you get in each bar but to be honest I would rather eat a portion of beans then eat this bar.

Delicious on the go snack

Summer is a busy time so I was happy for the hook up of some great, healthy on the go snacks in the form of new PowerBar Plant Protein bars – this one is almond, sea salt and dark chocolate. It was easily my favourite of the bunch with delicious flavours – more like a chocolate bar than a PowerBar.

The bar satisfied my in-between meal snack craving and left me feeling full and reenergized. I also would not have been able to tell the difference between this PowerBar and your standard PowerBar – being able to swap out for plant based ingredients is great.

I enjoyed this PowerBar product and I would purchase it again. I would recommend it to family and friends who are looking for a healthy delicious snack bar. I received this PowerBar product to try and review for free as part of ChickAdvisors Product Review Club.

Filled me up

I've got this POWERBAR PLANT PROTEIN ALMOND, SEA SALT AND DARK CHOCOLATE from XYstuff as the part of review club. Got all the 3 flavor this will be my second best after the peanut butter one. Fresh crunch from almond and all the goodies that pack in the bar I had it when I went on the hike and it filled me up for the whole trail. I also share with my landlord who is gluten free, dairy free, soy free, vegan, and Celiac diet to try. She loves it and had no reaction to it. Love it!

I received my bar samples, and tried them and love them! Great taste, loaded with almonds, it satisfied my cravings for sweets. Even my children liked it!

Excellent Taste

I typically stay away from the traditional protein bars as the taste is not worth it. These are lower in protein, but taste very good. I also like that they have fewer ingredients and less things I have no idea what they are added in.

If you are looking for a great tasting alternative to a protein bar - but better nutritional value of a granola bar - this is it.

Hmmmm nah not for me

This bar is a pass for me. I really disliked the bar as a whole. I know it’s plant based but it tasted too much like a plant. One bite and I never reached for it. I gave this bar to my boyfriend who also agreed it tasted too much like a plant. I have tried other plant based bars and they were delicious! This one just didn’t make the cut

Protein Bar Packed With Flavor

I was extremely happy to try and review Powerbar Plant Protein Almond, Sea Salt and Dark Chocolate bars. As a mom with a busy life I am always looking for convenient ways to still get some nutrition while on the go. These bars are super easy to grab in the morning or afternoon on my way out the door and are also packed with a lot of flavor. The almond, sea salt and dark chocolate is one of my favorites and my family really enjoyed them also. I think my family has now found our new "go to" for quick on the go protein bars!

I love it so much!

Seriously, I have diabetes and this power bar did not raise my blood suger to the red light. I love the taste, I love the health benefit. I love it that much now I think I will have it at 10am everyday from now on as I can't live without snacks.

One Word, YUM!

I wasn't sure if I'd like this flavor because I'm not normally an almond fan. I was pleasantly surprised by the dark chocolate and sea salt! The only issue I had with this one was that it was a bit hard when I opened the wrapper. It turned out that it was easy to bite into so I'm not sure why it felt a bit stiff. There was big flavor from the first bite with this bar and I'll definitely buy it again.
