Amazing!

This definitely does not look or taste healthy which is a good thing! Grab one of these for a nice protein boost. Tastes how it should instead of artificial.

This is the perfect snack to tied you over wether it be a long day at work..or simple just no time to grab a bite for lunch. Perfect for your purse and road trips..taste great.

Surprisingly Good Tasting Power Bar

This is one of the best tasting power bars I have tried to date. It was an excellent combination of salty and sweet. An added plus was that it was plant based.I can't really find anything to complain about with regard to this bar,

Still a great bar. Although I’m not huge on dark chocolate. So don’t let my rating medle with your thoughts. It’s still a great tasting bar with a perfect amount of flavour and I’d for sure grab this in stores but probably wouldn’t be my first choice.

Best of the 3 varieties

POWERBAR PLANT PROTEIN CASHEW, SALTED CARAMEL AND DARK CHOCOLATE was my favourite although, the other 2 flavours were still very good. Cashew does not seem to show up too often in granola/energy bars.

The plant protein series first caught my eye at Costco and I have been wanting to try it since. So glad the ChickAdvisor had samples to send me. I would only buy these in smaller packages as I feel like a whole case with only 3 flavours is too much.

Compared to traditional PowerBar products, the Plant Protein series is more a crunchy, granola-like bar. I still prefer the chewy cake-like PowerBars more. They are the reason that I choose PowerBars over other bars, while the Plant Protein is just up to average overall.

Great alternative protein bar

I have to say I enjoyed the taste and texture of this bar. Most protein bars don’t have much crunchiness but this bar definitely did. Taste was great no weird protein aftertaste. I found it a little sweet as a morning protein bar or quick breakfast but was great afternoon snack or as a sweet treat.

I also got to try this one. It’s not my favourite one. But it was still good. It was similar to the other ones. Soft, chewy and full of flavour. Again it doesn’t taste like the typical protein power bar which I don’t like so I’m happy that these are different. These bars will be a new staple in our lives.

Great plant based protein bar

I love protein bars as they are fast easy and healthy and help me hit my protein goals throughout the day! Powerbars plant based protein is a great alternative to whey based bars. The caramel was yummy and i almost felt like i was eating a chocolate bar. You can definately taste the protein, but all plant based proteins have that distinct flavour that is hard to hide.

Like dessert, but healthier

I enjoyed the Caramel flavour of the Powerbar Plant Protein bars. It was chewy and kept me full in between meals. I liked that it had plant-based protein versus whey protein, which can upset my stomach. I wish it wasn't so sweet and had a reduced sugar content. I liked that it contained whole cashew nuts, my favourite nut.

Great source of healthy protein!

I had got to try the cashew, salted caramel, and dark chocolate PowerBar plant protein for free. First thing I noticed was the bar felt very dense. In terms of taste it had a nice contrast of sweet/salty with the salted caramel and dark chocolate. Overall it was tasty and filling with 10g protein and 7g of fibre. Highly recommend!
